摘要

激励是企业管理中人力资源开发的重要手段,它表现为对人的需求欲望予以适当满足或限制。

激励在鼓舞员工士气、提高员工素质、增强组织凝聚力等方面起着十分重要的作用而如何运用激励机制也就成为企业管理的一个十分重要的问题。

本文结合笔者的工作实践,谈谈运用激励机制的途径和方法。

近几年来,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,而作为一种重要资源越来越被企业重视。

激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法已经被越来越多的企业运用。

文中就有关激励的一般性问题做了阐述,总结了企业中常用的激励方法和使用激励时存在的一些问题。

人力资源是现代企业的重要组成部分,也是企业发展的关键因素。

为了实现企业的经营目标,人受激励成为现代人力贵源管理的核心问题。

本文着重阐述现有的激励理论和当前我国企业激励系统存在的主要问题,以及如何完善现有的激励体制,调动员工的积极性和激发页工的创逵性,从而推动企业的可持续性发展。

在人力资源管理的众多内容中,激励问题是重要内容之一。

激励的科学与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏。

很多企业都有人才外流现象,留不住人才已经成为制约企业发展的重要因素之一。

有效的激励正是解决这个问题的关键。

ABSTRACT

Thedriveisinthebusinessmanagementthehumanresourcesdevelopmentitdisplaysforgivestohuman'sdemanddesiretosatisfyorthelimitsthedriveisraisingthestaffmorale,improvesaspectsandsoonhowstaffquality,enhancementorganizationcohesiveforceplaystheextremelyvitalrolealsotobecomethebusinessmanagementusingthedrivemechanismanextremelytheorganization,realizingthefunctionoftheurbanretailinganddevelopsthetheorybasisforthedevelopmentofthereasonablelocationoftheurbanretailingnet.

Thisarticleunifiesauthor'sworkingpractice,chatstheutilizationdrivemechanismthewayandthemethod.netofcommerce,anddevelopedthemodeltostudythelevelofthereasonablelocation.Fromthestudy,someofitsattitudemaydosomecontributetotheprosperousoftheurbanretailingnetofcommerce.Summarizedintheenterprisewhenthecommonlyuseddrivemethodandtheusedriveexistssomequestions.humanresourcesarethemodernenterprise'simportantconstituent,alsoisthekeyaspectwhichtheenterprisedevelops.ordertoachieveenterprise'smanagementgoal,thehumanisdrivenintothemodernmanpowerexpensivesourcemanagementthecorequestiondrivescienceornot,relatesthehumanresourcesutilizationdirectlythequality.manyenterprisesallhavethebraindrainphenomenon,couldnotdetainthetalentedpersonalreadytobecomeoneofimportantattributeswhichtherestrictionenterprisedeveloped.effectivedrivesolvesthisquestionkey.
