1.Scope
Thisstandardspecifiestheclassifications,technicalrequirements,testmethods,testrules,mark,package,andstorageforsuspensionseparators.
Thisstandardisapplicabletosuspensionelectromagneticseparators(hereinafterreferredtoas"separator").Usedwithbeltconveyor,thisseparatorcanremovetheferromagneticarticlesamong0.1kg~25kgintermixinginthescatteringnonmagneticmaterials.
2.Normativereferences
Clausesoffollowingfileswhichhavebeenquotedbythisstandardwillbecomeclausesofthisstandard.

4.Technicalrequirements
4.1Separatorshouldbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthisstandard,andmanufacturedaccordingtodrawingsandtechnicaldocumentswhichisapprovedbyregulatedprocedure.
4.2Separatorcanworkreliablyunderthefollowingconditions:
a)Altitudelevelislessthan2500m
b)Ambienttemperatureis-25℃~40℃
c)Therelativehumidityofairislessthan90%
d)Noingressofrainandsnow
e)Thesurroundingmediumsarewithouttheriskofexplosion,andnogasanddusttocorrodemetalanddamageinsulation
4.3Insulatingresistanceofseparatorwindingformachineismorethan10MΩincold-state.
4.4Insulationofseparatorwindingformachineshouldensurethatitcanundertake50HzACtestingvoltagein1minandnopunctureandflashoverunderconditionsintable3.

5.2ExcitationpowerismeasuredbyDCvoltagemeterwithhigherthan1.0precisionclassincoldstate.
5.3Test4.3with500Vinsulatedresistancemeter,precisionclassofallmetersshouldbehigherthan1.5.
5.4Test4.4with5000Vhighvoltagetesttransformer,precisionclassofallmetersshouldbehigherthan0.5.
5.5Test4.5withcircuitfailuretester,precisionclassofallmetersshouldbehigherthan0.5.
5.6Test4.7withmorethan2hidlingexperiment.
5.7LeakwithNitrogenmassspectrometryleakagemeterforrequirementof4.9,theheatpipeshouldbedrywhenleaking:

6.1Eachseparatorenablestodeliveryaftertestofqualityinspectorandhavequalitycertificate.6.2Eachseparatorshouldbeinspectedbeforedelivery,testthemagneticinductionand4.3,4.4,4.6,4.7,4.10,4.11,4.14beforedelivery.Test4.8and4.9respectivelyforoilcoolingseparatorandheatpipecoolingseparator.
