Abstract

Atpresent,thedevelopmentofworldeconomyistrendtobeglobalizationandregionalintegration.Especiallyunderthepushofinformationtechnology,logisticsindustrywillbecomemorecompetitive,howtheyareatahighlevelofcustomerservice,lowerlogisticscostandcreatemorevalue-addedservices,aswellaswhatoperationmodeunderthenewform,isaveryurgentandrealisticproblem.Setlogistics,informationtechnologyandcapitalintooneofthemodernlogisticsdistributioncenter,logisticsdistributionsystemintheincreasinglyfiercecompetitionplaysanimportantrole.Practiceprovesthatthelogisticsdistributionsystemofgoodstransportation,storage,loadingandunloading,handling,circulationprocessing,distribution, order processing and information processing work of unifiedmanagement,cangreatlyreducetheworkintensityoflabor,reduceloss,improveinventoryturnover,reasonablecontrolinventory,acceleratethecirculationofcommodities,reducethecirculationcost,improvethesatisfactionofsocialneeds,giveconsumersmorechoice,toavirtuouscyclelogisticssystem,soastoreducecostsfortheenterprise,theenterprisecanimproveitscorecompetitiveness.

1.1Thebasicconceptofdistribution

Distributionisaccordingtothecustomerorderandtimeplan,thelogisticsnode（warehouses,shops,cargoterminal,logisticscenter,etc.）afteroperation,sorting,processing,distribution,aswellastomatchagoodprocessofthegoodstotheconsignee.Distributionisakindofspecialandcomprehensivelogisticsactivityform,iscombinedcloselywiththebusinessflowandlogistics.Distributionincludesalmostallofthelogisticsfunctionelements,isanepitomeoflogisticsorinasmallrangealllogisticsactivitiestocompletethepurposeofthegoodsdelivered,Specialdeliverytocarryontheprocessingactivities.Itstargetsissafe,accurateandhighqualityservicesandlowerdistributioncosts.

1.2Formationanddevelopment

Distribution,somustbementionedfromtheconnotationandcharacteristics.Issuedattheendof1985,theJapaneseJapaneseindustrialstandard（JIS）logisticsterm"lieutenantgeneraldistributionisdefinedas:

"sendconsigneegoodsfromlogisticspoint".RulesinApril1998,wiseduniversityprofessorDryRepairinhisbook"thelogisticsofABCguidetodistributionarediscussedindetail:

"fromthepointoforigintotheconsumer,betweenallintoproducts,semi-finishedproducts,hairgoodsandinventoryaretobecarriedoutinaplannedway,unifiedmanagementandimplementation.Distributionisthecheapestandthebestservicedeliveryway,tothemosteffectiveprofessionalrawmaterials,productarrived,theprocurement,

transportation,warehousefunctionsorganicallycombinedtogether."

1.3Thenature

Accordingtothecustomerrequest,thegoodsinatimelymannertothecustomer,toreachthecompanythepossessionandcontrolofthemarket.Distributionisa"match"and"send"intheformoforganiccombination.“Match"isassigneduser,withtime,withgoods,vehiclesandroutes.“Send",referstothedeliverytransport.Distributionisanadvancedformofmodernlogistics.Itnotonlybringstothesuppliersanddemandersreducelogisticscostandenjoytheexcellentservicedirectlybenefit,butalsowillsavesocialcarriertime,easetrafficpressure,reducethetransportationpollution,protecttheecologicalenvironment,etc.

2Thebasicmodelofdistributionsystemandfunction

So-calleddistributionsystem,iscomposedofmultiplemutuallydistinguishesinterconnectedunits,materialsforworkingobject,totheflowoffinishedmaterialentityforthepurposeoforganiccombination.Distributionsystemaswellasgeneralsystem,input,transformation,outputandfeedbackfourbigfunctions,throughtheinputandoutputsystemandsocialenvironmenttocarryontheexchange,makesystemandenvironmentaldependencyanddeposit,andtheconversionisthesystemwiththecharacteristicsofthesystemfunction.
