老师们、同学们：
早上好!
今天我讲话的题目是《做一个文明之人》。
记得有人说过：
“人，一撇一捺，写起来容易做起来难。
我们要经常性地思考，我在做什么，我做得怎样，我要成为怎样的人。
”做怎样的人，一百个人会有一百种答案，但在每一个答案的背后都有一个基点，那就是做人首先要做一个文明的人。
文明是什么?
文明是路上相遇时的微笑，是同学有难时的热情帮助，是平时与人相处时的亲切，是见到师长时的问早问好，是不小心撞到对方时的一声“对不起”，是自觉将垃圾放入垃圾箱的举动，是看到有人随地吐痰时的主动制止……文明是一种品质，文明是一种修养，文明是一种受人尊敬并被大家广泛推崇的行为。
做文明之人，就要会用文明语，做文明事。
再简单地讲就是要懂礼貌，明事理。
中国素有“礼仪之邦”之称，礼貌待人是中华民族的传统美德。
生活在幸福时代的我们，如果不能继承和发扬这种优良传统，就不能真正做一个快乐的人。
“良言入耳三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒”，这句俗话大家要记住。
文明礼貌是最容易做到的事，同时也是生活里最重要的事，它比最高的智慧、比一切的学问都重要。
礼貌经常可以替代最珍贵的感情。
同学们，让我们在国旗下共同祝愿，祝愿我们的生活处处开满文明之花!

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好!
时间，是一首无声的歌;时间，是一缕无痕的风;时间，是一张没有回程的车票。
向前看，仿佛时间悠悠无边;猛回首，方知生命挥手瞬间。
同学们，时间老人把我们推到了期中考试的前沿，冲刺期中的号角已经吹响。
俗话说：
三分天注定，七分靠打拼，爱拼才会赢!
期中考试的战鼓已经擂响，我们别无选择。
电视剧《亮剑》中李云龙说得好：
“古代剑客们在与对手狭路相逢时，无论对手有多么强大，就算对方是天下第一剑客，明知不敌，也要亮出自己的宝剑，即使倒在对手的剑下，也虽败尤荣，这就是亮剑精神!
”
同样，亮剑精神也是我们应该崇尚的精神!
今天，离期中考试只有一个星期了，是我们亮剑的时刻了!
为了报答家长、亲友的殷殷期望，让我们亮出宝剑!
为了回报老师、同学的关怀帮助，让我们亮出宝剑!
“狭路相逢勇者胜”，此时不搏何时搏?
卧薪尝胆的勾践，闻鸡起舞的祖狄，面壁静修的达摩，程门立雪的杨时……告诉我们：
目标引导行动，行动决定命运。
没有经历风雨的果实不会甜美，没有远大目标的人不会成功。
伟人告诉我们：
只有勤奋才是通向智慧圣殿的唯一道路。
鲁迅说过：
“不耻最后。
即使慢，驰而不息，定能达到他所向地目标。
”在冲刺期中考试的奋斗历程中我们决不气馁。
青春的理想，成功的钥匙，生命的意义，都包含在两个字中——奋斗!
阿基米德曾经说过：
“给我一个支点，可以撬起地球。
”其实，我们可以相信，给谁一个支点，谁都可以把地球撬起来。
人本来没有多大的区别，关键在于是否正确地把握一个最佳的支点，让我们用我们奋斗来做支点，迎接命运的撞击。
同学们!
一位着名作家说过：
“人生的道路很漫长，但关键处就那么几步”。
这几步选择好了，享一生幸福;选择不好，成一世遗恨。
我认为，接下来的时间如何度过是关键的关键。
衷心希望同学们抓住这难得的机会，利用这宝贵的时光，静下心来，沉下心来，吃常人不能吃之苦，忍常人不能忍之痛，最终得到常人不能得到的收获!
同学们，请你们把父母的声声叮咛，师长们的殷殷期盼化作动力吧!
