高考英语活动安排类书面表达题导写

一、文体概述

活动安排的写作多用于日常生活中的通知、告示等应用文的文体中，一般要求考生就题目所提供的要求和要点，写出活动的目的、时间、地点、具体内容等。

这类型的写作通常都是使用一般将来时态。

用语方面，如果写的是通知告示的安排，文字要用相对正式的用语；若是邀请函，语气要做到礼貌客气，恳切真诚。

二、必备短语

习作修改

1.去掉in 在nextweek前不需要用介词。

2.details→detail 因indetail是固定搭配，意思是“详细地”。

3.are→is 因主语是theprincipal，故谓语动词用单数。

4.showing→show 本句的中有连词and，因此要用谓语动词而不是非谓语动词。

5.suppose→supposed 因besupposedtodosth.是固定搭配，意思是“应该做某事”。

6.在encouraged与take之间加to 由encouragesb.todosth.句型可知。

7.or→and因between…and…是固定搭配，意思是“在……和……之间”。

8.would→will此处讲述的是将来的安排，故用一般将来时而不是过去将来时。

9.Final→Finally放在句首作状语用副词。

10.student→students 指两国的学生，因此student要用复数形式。
