BayouStylebeganasaclassprojectwhileWaynewasattendingLSUinShreveport,pursuingaMaster’sofBusinessAdministrationdegreewhichhereceivedin2003.ThecompanywasfirstdevelopedaroundfinefinishedwoodenproductsthatWayneproducedinthegarageathome.AstorywithseveralphotosintheShreveportTimeshelpedtopushtheprojectalongfasterthananticipatedwhenitelicitedinterestfromoneofthelocalcasinos.

WaynedevelopedthewebsiteandbegansellingproductsoneBayin2004.Thewebsiteunderwentamajoradvancementin2005andhassinceprogressedtoitscurrentversionasWayne’sproficiencywithDreamweaver,graphicsdesign,andcodewritingdeveloped.

TheHoguebrothersalsopossessinsideexperienceandexpertiseinthehuntingindustryasWaynefoundedandoperatedanArcheryProShopinRustonintheearly1990’s.Davidwasintricatelyinvolvedintheentirebusinessprocessalso.
