摘要：

本文以兴宁市土地利用总体规划、兴宁市土地利用现状表、兴宁市土地利用结构调整表、兴宁市土地利用主要调控指标表，参考兴宁市土地利用报告、土地利用存在问题、土地利用优化等报告及数据进行分析。

得出兴宁市以农用地为主，未来发展趋势着重保持耕地和林地保有量，同时优化城乡建设用地和交通水利用地。

inthispaper,threegenerallanduseplanning,threecitylandutilizationstatustable,threecitylandusestructureadjustment,thethreemainlandusecontrolindextable,threereferenceforthelandutilizationreports,landuseexistingproblems,landuseoptimizationreportsanddataanalysis.Thethreeagriculturallandtothatgivepriorityto,thefuturedevelopmenttrendoncultivatedlandandforestlandkeeppossessionand,atthesametime,urbanandruralconstructionlandandtrafficoptimizationforwaterconservancy.

Preface:

Theworldfacesapopulationexplosion,resources,environmentaldegradationanddestructionandfoodshortagesandaseriesofproblem,resources,environmentandthehumansocietysustainabledevelopmentbecomethefocusofattentionoftheglobalone.Theseproblemsareallrelatedwithland,landisoursurvivalfoundation,isthesourceofallmaterial.Reasonableplanning,landuse,development,coordinateofsocialandeconomicdevelopment,isthesociety'simportantissues.

Thispaperinmyhometownthreeguangdongprovincecityasobject,analyzingthelandutilizationconditionanditsprospects.Threeoftheruralandurbanconstruction,landfortraffic,landforwaterconservancy,agriculturaltheground,suchasnewconstructionlandisanalyzed.

Thegenerallocation:

Xingningcityinguangdongprovinceinthenortheast,dominatesthedongjiangriver,hanjiangupstream,acrosslongitude115°to30'116°,23°latitude50'to24°37'.Thenorthandjiangxiprovincefoundadjacenttothefamouscounty,thenortheastandtheflat,connectmeixiancounty,easternborderwithmeicountry,southandFengShuncountyislinkedtogether,northwesternandlongchuanadjacentcounty,southwestandfiveHuaXianborder.Thetotalareaof2104.85squarekilometers.MunicipalpartycommitteeandthecitygovernmentXingTianstreetlocatedofficesarelocatedin300squarekilometersofthecentralpartofthebasinNingJiang,guangdong,jiangxi,fujianisthreeprovinceslandtransportationhub,andeasternnorthimportantcommoditydistributingcenter,easterntimecitycenter,threepolitical,economicandculturalcenter.Cityplanningareaof114squarekilometers（ofwhichmainlyplanning30squarekilometers）,totheendof2010builtareaof24.7squarekilometersandapopulationof286000inthefinished.Xing-chengfromguangzhou377kilometers,347miles（kilometers）totheshenzhencityaveragetemperatures21℃,annualrainfallis1540mm.Asshowninfigure1:

Throughtheanalysisofthelandutilizationthreetable2-1,canseetheXingningcitytypesoflandusemoreabundant,thecurrentsituationanddistributioncharacteristics:

170121hectaresofagriculturalland,accountingfor81.97%ofthetotallandarea,amongwhich32366hectares,accountingfor15.6%ofthetotallandareaof7579hectares,,accountingfor3.65%ofthetotallandareaof122888hectares,forestland,accountingfor59.21%ofthetotallandarea,constructionland17524hectares,accountingfor8.44%ofthetotallandarea,urbanandruralconstructionlandof14858hectares,accountingfor7.16%ofthetotallandareaof2332hectaresoflandforwaterconservancy,transportation,accountingfor1.12%ofthetotallandareaof334hectares,andotherconstructionland,accountingfor0.16%ofthetotallandarea,otherland19894hectares,accountingfor9.59%ofthetotallandarea.

AnalysisfoundthatXingningcity,isalargershareinthehillcountry,59.21%ofthetotalforestland,andcultivatedlandaccountedforonly15.6%,aproportionofsmall;Threecityurbanuse2163hectares,accountingfor1.04%ofthetotallandarea,visible,lowlevelofthreeurbanization.

Throughtheanalysisofthelandutilizationthreetable2-1,canseetheXingningcitytypesoflandusemorethroughtheanalysisofthreecitylanduseplanningform2,canseeXingningcitylanduseplanningfuturetrendofadjustment.Agriculturallandfrom2009hectaresincreasein2020to171783ha,accountingfor82.77%ofthetotallandarea,constructionlandby2009ofthe17524hectaresofreducedto2020hectares,accountingfor8.4%ofthetotallandarea,otherlandby2009ofthe19894hectaresofreducedto2020ha,accountingfor8.83%ofthetotallandarea.
