含义：

——公司承诺遵守国家和地方有关职业安全健康、环境保护的法律、法规及其他要求；

——公司建立并保持环境/职业健康安全一体化管理体系，公司坚持污染防治和事故的预控、预防，实现对可能产生环境影响和风险的产品、活动与服务进行全过程控制，同时，承诺管理体系的持续改进；

——公司坚持可持续发展战略，积极推行清洁生产，实现经济与环境资源的协调发展，达到节能、降耗、减污、增效的目的；
