2.1PerspectivePower

Iftheperspectivepoweryouknewanyfactormaystimulatepeople'spower,thenyouhavegraspedandthepeoplecommunicatetheexchangethemosteffectivetool.

Certainly,thecontrolmanagementpatternalsoiseffective,butthispatterncannotlong-time,cancreatethecolleaguebetweennottotrust,formsonekind“theyandwe”thehostileaspect.

Underthecontrolmanagementpattern,wenotimpossibletoachieveonekindofidealboundary,thesuperintendentandthestaffnotimpossibletoworkasone,tofacethecommongoalandthedirectionadvance.Ifyouencourageonetohavethedesiretodobetterpersontoparticipateinterview,simultaneouslyhopedafterherespondstoacallforrecruitssuccessfully,hasthegoodresponsetothiskindofcontrolmanagementpattern,thiswassimplytoonaive.
