Sasakisaidalotofquestionsremain.Researchersdidnotkeepmeasuringbrainwavesallnightlong,sotheydon’tknowifthelefthemispherekeeps“watch”allnight.Orwhetherit“worksinshifts(轮流)”withtherighthemispherelaterinthenight.Theyalsodonotknowwhytheextrabrainactivity,atleastduringthefirstperiodofdeepsleep,isalwaysonthelefthemisphere.
