第五条设计费用及支付方法

第六条甲、乙双方的责任
Article6.Responsibilitiesofbothparties
6.1甲方责任
6.1ResponsibilitiesofPartyA
6.1.1甲方应按照本合同第三条的约定，在规定时间内向乙方提交数据及文件，并对其完整性、正确性及时限负责。
甲方提交上述数据及文件超过规定期限15天以内的，乙方按本合同第四条规定交付设计文件时间相应顺延；超过规定期限15天以上的，乙方有权重新确定提交设计文件的时间。
6.1.1AccordingtothecontentsstatedinArticle3ofthisContract,PartyAshallsubmitmaterialsanddocumentstoPartyBwithinthestipulatedtimeasdescribedandshallberesponsibleforthecompleteness,correctnessandvalidityofsuchmaterialsanddocuments.IntheeventthatPartyAhasdelayedtheissuanceofsuchmaterialsanddocuments,butnotexceeding15daysfromthestipulatedtime,PartyBcouldconsequentlypostponethesubmittalofthedesigndocumentsasstipulatedinArticle4ofthisContract.IncasethatPartyAhasdelayedtheissuanceofmaterialsanddocumentsformorethan15daysexceedingthestipulatedtimelimit,PartyBshallhavetherighttodeterminethenewdateforsubmittingthedesigndocuments.
6.1.2甲方变更委托设计項目、规模、条件，或对提交数据作重大修改，以致造成乙方设计需返工时，甲、乙双方除需另行协商签订补充合同、重新明确有关条款外，甲方应按乙方所耗工作量向乙方支付返工费用。
6.1.2IfPartyAaltersgreatlythedesignproject,scale,conditionwhichtheyhavealreadyentrustedtoPartyB,orthematerialsprovidedbyPartyAiswrong/incompleteorPartyAmakesmajoralterationstotheapproveddesignandtheinformationgiven,asaresultofwhich,hascausedPartyBtoredothedesignwork,orhasgenerated
