1.04SUBMITTALS

1.04提交材料

A.Samples:

submitsix（6）each,300mmx300mmand（20）50mmx50mmsamplesdemonstratingfinishtobesupplied（finishpercontract）.

A.样板：

提交6件300mmx300mm和20件50mmx50mm的样板，该样板需展示表面效果（按合同）；

B.ShopDrawings:

Submitshopdrawingsdelineatingalldetailsrequiredforfabricationandinstallation.ShopdrawingstoindicatethenecessaryblockingandattachmenttothebuildingorframingasrequiredtosupportandsecuretheGFRCmaterialandanymaterialattachedtoGFRC.FramingdetailsandstructuralsupportofframingistheresponsibilityoftheGFRCmanufacturer/installer,anditistobeengineeredandsealedbycontractor/subcontractor,andnotedaccordinglyinthematerialsupplycontractandshopdrawings.

B.施工图：

提交描述所有生产及安装细节的施工图，施工图需表明必要的安装块/框架和连接物，用于支撑和稳固GFRC材料或其他固定在GFRC上的材料；框架细节和框架结构支撑由GFRC生产方负责，由承包方/安装方进行工程设计，并在材料供应合同和施工图纸安装细节中标注清楚。

1.05QUALITYASSURANCE

A.AllGFRCpartsshallmatchapprovedsamples.

A.所有GFRC产品必须与通过的样板相符。

B.AllGFRCpartsandadditionalframingrequiredduetonon-structuralwalls（e.g.brickorothers）willbeInstallableaccordingtodetailssubmittedinshopdrawings.AllsupportandframingsystemsmustbeengineeredbyanengineerabletoplacehissealforthestructureanddesignofallGFRCpanelsandinstallationsystemsasheseesthemacceptableandcertifiedfitforpurpose.

B.根据提交的施工图,所有GFRC件及非结构墙后补墙（如砖或其他）必须可安装。

所有支撑及结构系统必须由结构工程师设计、计算其结构、包括所有GFRC板及其安装系统。

机构工程师须盖章证明结构可行可达到目的。

C.色粉:

1.ColoringAdmixture:

ASTMC979,syntheticmineral-oxidepigmentsorcoloredwater-reducingadmixtures,temperaturestable,nonfading,andalkaliresistant.

1.着色添加剂:

ASTMC979,合成氧化物矿物色粉或者着色减水添加剂,耐温度,不褪色,抗碱性。

2.ColoringAdmixture:

nottoexceed10percentofcementweights.

2.着色添加剂:

比重不能超过水泥重量的10%.

1.07DELIVERY,STORAGEANDHANDLING

1.06运输、仓储及操作

A.Allmaterialsshallbeprotectedduringfabrication,shipment,sitestorageanderectiontopreventdamagetothefinishedworkfromothertrades.Storematerialsinsideawell-ventilatedarea,awayfromuncuredconcreteandmasonry,andprotectedfromweathermoisture,soiling,abrasion,andextremetemperatures.

A.所有材料必须在生产、运输、工地存储及安装过程加以保护，以防止其他工种损坏已完成的工作。

将材料存储于通风良好的地方，远离未固化的水泥和砖石，并保护其不受天气潮湿天气、脏污、磨损、弯曲及极端天气影响。

B.Protectfabricationsfromdamagebyretainingorduplicatingshippingprotectioninplaceuntilinstallation.

B.保护产品从运输至安装过程不受损坏。

C.DamageResponsibility:

A.GFRCwillbefabricatedwithaproprietaryblendofcementitiousminerals,aggregates,polymersandglassfiberstoachieveatypicalrangeofphysicalpropertiesshowninSection2.03andallPCIstandardswhicheverisgreater.

A.GFRC按照专有配方制造，其中有胶凝矿物，粒料，聚合物和玻璃纤维达到指定范围的物理特性，符合第2.03条和所有PCI标准（两者取其最高标准）。

B．表面处理：

光滑表面或使用经核准的颜色和质地。

确定需要喷漆的产品在喷漆前做好清洁，上好底漆，准好接受面漆。

Pleasenotethatnon-integralcoloredpartsornon-conformingcolors/texturesmustbepaintfinishedorreplacedatthediscretiononFORM.IftheentiresystemofintegralcolorisnotacceptablebyFORMaftertheinstallationanacceptablefinishmustbeappliedbytheinstaller/manufactureratnoadditionalcosttoFORM.

请留意非整体参色的产品件或不恰当的颜色/质地必须喷漆表面处理或由孚姆公司考虑更换。

如果整体参色系统在安装后孚姆公司认为不能验收，必须由安装方/生产方在不增加孚姆公司成本的情况下改善为可接受的表面效果，然后再次申请验收。

支撑件和紧固件

A.Theinstalleristoprovideanchorsandfastenersandotheraccessoriesrequiredforproperinstallationoffabricationsasrecommendedandapprovedbythecompositefabricatorandtheprojectarchitect/designer;however,thenecessaryblockingandattachmenttothebuildingorframingasrequiredtosupportandsecuretheGFRCmaterial,aswellasanyframingdetailsandstructuralsupportofframing,istheresponsibilityoftheGFRCmanufacturer/installer,anditistobeengineeredbycontractor/subcontractor,andnotedaccordinglywithanappropriateengineerssealthatallGFRCsystems/materials/framing/fasteners/riggingandinstallationsystemsarefitforpurposeandnotedontheshopdrawings.

A.安装队应提供并使用复合材料生产方和项目建筑师/设计师推荐和认可的支撑件和紧固件。

然而，GFRC生产方/安装方需负责施工必要的安装块和附件或者结构，用于支撑和保护GFRC材料，其他结构细节和结构支撑也包括在内。

由承包商/分包商进行结构计算，并需要结构工程师盖章确保所有的GFRC系统、材料、结构、紧固件、装备及安装系统均符合使用目的，并已经在施工图上清楚标明。

3.01PRE-INSTALLATIONEXAMINATION

3.01安装前检查

A.Installertoobservefieldconditionsandverifythatsubstratesarereadyforinstallationoffabrications.

A.查看现场情况，确认基板已做好安装准备。

B.InstallertocheckfielddimensionsaffectingtheinstallationofGFRCfabrications.

B.确认影响GFRC件安装的土建尺寸

C.Installertoverifythatbearingsurfacesaretrueandlevel.

C.确认支撑面的真实及水平情况。

D.Installertoverifythatsupportframinghasbeenconstructedtoallowaccurateplacement,alignmentandconnectionoffabricationtostructure.

D.确认支撑结构已经建好，可以进行精准安装、校准、将产品与结构连接。

E.Installertoreportdiscrepanciesbetweendesigndimensionsandfielddimensions,whichcouldadverselyaffectinstallation,tothecontractorandarchitectandFORM.

E.需向承包方及孚姆公司汇报设计尺寸与现场尺寸的差异对安装的影响。

F.Donotproceedwithinstallationuntildiscrepanciesarecorrected,oruntilinstallationrequirementsaremodifiedandapprovedbythecontractorandarchitect.

F.未修正差异或修改安装要求并经承包方和孚姆公司批准前不得进行安装；

G.Startofinstallationconstitutesacceptanceofexistingconditions.

G、一旦启动安装工作，就意味着对现有条件已经验收。

3.02INSTALLATION
