相比较而言，第一封信显得冗长罗唆,写了很长一段话都没有进入主题，内容不确切，很容易让读者感到费解和厌烦，到最后一段才匆匆提到写信的目的，显得杂乱和没有重点。

而第二封信简洁、清楚、明了，一开始就直入主题，发出邀请，给出细节，结尾又再次点题；整封信层次清晰，重点突岀。
