Handlingofapplicationsforapproval,registration,businesslicenseandothermattersconcerningtheestablishmentofthecooperativeventurepanyfromrelevantdepartmentsinchargeofChina;Processingtheapplicationfortherighttotheuseofasitetotheauthorityinchargeoftheland;Organizingthedesignandconstructionofthepremisesandotherengineeringfacilitiesofthecooperativeventurepany;AssistingPartyBtoprocessimportcustomsdeclarationforthemachineryandequipmentcontributedbyPartyBasinvestmentandarrangingthetransportationwithintheChineseterritory;Assistingthecooperativeventurepanyinpurchasingorleasingequipment,materials,rawmaterials,articlesforofficeuse,meansoftransportationandmunicationfacilitiesetc.;Assistingthecooperativeventurepanyincontactingandsettlingthefundamentalfacilitiessuchaswater,electricity,transporta
tionetc.;AssistingthecooperativeventureinrecruitingChinesemanagementpersonnel,technicalpersonnel,workersandotherpersonnelneeded;Assistingforeignworkersandstaffinapplyingforentryvisas,worklicensesandhandlingtheirtravelprocedures;Responsibleforhandlingothermattersentrustedbythecooperativeventurepany.
