Theanswerisourcells.

Ourbodiesaremadeupoftrillionsofcells–theyarethelivingorganismstohumanlife.Therearethreethingscellsneedtonotonlysurvive,butthrive:

Oxygenisthesourceofallenergyinthebody.Thisenergydrivesthemetabolicprocessesinthebody,suchasassimilation(absorption),eliminationofwastes,respiration,circulation,anddigestion.
