1.SupplierQualityBaseRequirements:
供应商质量基本要求
∙ThisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithandisinadditiontotheGMGeneralStandardTermsandConditions。
该文件被视为GM的一般标准条款,以及标准条款的额外补充。
∙AllsuppliersareexpectedtosupplypartstoGeneralMotorswithzerodefects.Partsshallmeetallengineeringspecificationsandfunctionwithnoabnormalitiesaccordingtointent。
所有供应商的供货应当是零缺陷的。
零件必需符合工程以及性能要求。
∙Fundingistobeidentifiedintheinitialquoteandsubsequentquotestoreflecterroroccurrencedetection(pokayoke,errorproofingdevices,etc)anddefectoutflowpreventiontocustomers.Controlsimplementedatalaterdatearethefinancialresponsibilityofthesupplier。
为了阻止缺陷外流给客户或因需要防错而产生了额外费用,该费用应当在最开始的报价或之后的几轮报价中反映出来。
后续控制所产生的费用应当由供应商自己承担.
2.ISO/TS16949—QualitySystemRequirements:
质量体系要求:
∙Allprovidersofa)productionmaterials,b)productionorserviceparts,orc)heattreating,plating,paintingorotherfinishingservicesdirectlytoGeneralMotorsmustbecertifiedtoISO/TS16949byaCertificationBody(CB)recognizedbytheInternationalAutomotiveTaskForce(IATF)andhaveacurrentcertificateavailabledemonstratingcompliancetoGMsupplements.所有与GM有关的原料,配件以及热熔焊,电镀,喷漆或其他加工服务,必须获得认证机构所颁发的TS16949认证并在有效期内.
∙Effectivenessoftheheattreatingprocesses,theplatingprocessesandthecoatingprocessesshallbedemonstratedusingtheCQI—9HeatTreatSystemAssessment,theCQI-11PlatingSystemAssessment,andtheCQI—12CoatingSystemAssessmentpublishedbytheAIAGandasrequiredintheGMCustomerSpecifics。
热处理,电镀,喷漆等特种加工工艺,必须获得AIAG美国汽车工业行动小组发布的CQI—9,CQI—11,CQI-12的评估认可。
∙WeldingandsolderingprocessshallbecompliantwithCQI—15WeldingSystemAssessmentandCQI-17SolderingSystemAssessmentpublishedbyAIAG。

∙SuppliersutilizingoutsidetestfacilitiesmustprovideevidencethatthetestfacilityisaccreditedperISO/IEC17025.ThefollowinggroupsarerecognizedtoassessorganizationsthataccreditIndependenttestand/orcalibrationlaboratoriestoISO/IECStandard17025:

5.QualityPlanningRequirements:
质量计划要求:
∙APQP:
SuppliersmustuseanadvancedproductqualityplanningprocessthatfollowstheGMAPQPProjectPlan(GM1927—1)thatensuresproductionreadinesswithpartsthatmeet100%oftheproduct’sspecifications.按照APQP开发流程同步GMAPQP项目开发,确保产品100%满足产品技术要求。
∙OperatorTraining:
Trainingplanmustaddressnewoperatorsandcurrentoperatorsperformingnewfunctions.Trainingstatusshouldbedisplayedintheareaofthemanufacturingprocess。
(RefertoQSBStrategies)培训计划必须包含新老操作工的培训情况,培训应当在生产现场进行。
明确上岗需具备的能力,以及新上岗所需的培训时间。
∙ErrorProofing:
Suppliersshallimplementerror-proofingstrategiesforthecontrolofmaterials,processesandlabelingforallproductsprovidedtoGM。
Suppliershallimplementerrorproofingtechniquestoensurethatmistakesaredetectedandcorrectedbeforebecomingadefect(i。
e.makeitimpossibletoproducedefectiveitemsevenifanerroroccurs).Implementationoferrorproofingistobemeasuredby“%ErrorProofed。
”%ErrorProofedisthepercentoftotalstepsinthemanufacturingprocesswhichhavebeenadequatelyerrorproofed。
ThesuppliermusterrorprooftoalevelwhereitisnotpossibletoshipdefectiveproductstoGM.(RefertoQSBStrategies)供应商必须实施对材料,过程,标签,零件等的防错策略,确保错误在发生之前被探测以及纠正.供应商必须达到一个不可能错误的等级(参考QSB策略)
∙Traceability:
ATraceabilityschemeshallbedevelopedinaccordancewithregionalanddivisionalrequirements。
Traceabilityschememayincludemanufacturingdatecodeandlotcontrol.ItemstobetracedshallbedeterminedinduringtheAPQPprocess。
(RefertoQSBStrategies)根据内部以及外部制定一个可追朔性计划,包含制造日期以及批量控制。
可追朔内容在APQP中体现。

∙VerificationofCustomerUsedFeatures:
Customer—usedpartfeatures(examples:
fit,form,function,matingsurfaces,etc.)shallbeincorporatedinthePFMEA,processcontrolplan,layeredaudits,anderror/mistakeproofing。
AdditionalitemstobecheckedshallbedefinedduringtheAPQPprocess。
Thesefeaturesshouldbeverifiedatafrequencyof100%。
AnAQC(AttributeQualityCharacteristic)symbolshouldbeusedonthedrawingtospecifythesecharacteristics.(RefertoQSBStrategies)顾客使用特种(例如匹配,形状,功能,装配等)应当体现在PFMEA,控制计划,分层审核以及防错措施里.这些特征应当被100%检验.AQC符号应当在图纸中标明。

∙InspectionFixturesandGagesRequirements:
检测设备以及检具的要求:
▪SuppliertoassumethegageconstructionorientatesthepartinvehiclepositionunlessSupplierQualityapprovesadeviation。
供应商需确保检具的制造基准与零件装车状态一致,除非SQE同意偏差.
▪AllcustomermonitoredAPQPpartsshallhavegagedesignsapprovedbytheSupplierQualityEngineerortheappropriatecustomergageapprovalgrouppriortothestartoffixtureconstruction(foryourregionalrequirements,contactyoursupplierqualityengineer)。
GagedesignsshallincorporateapprovedGD&Tdatumschemesandgages/fixturesmustbecapabletodimensionallyevaluateparts。
检具制造以前检具的设计需得到检具工程师以及SQE的批准,检具设计应当符合GD&T图纸对基准的要求,并具备检测全尺寸的能力.
▪Suppliershallhaveproductcheckingfixturesforsub-datumandopeningswhereassemblyplantorsequencer/subassemblerwillinstallsomethingthatimpactsafinalvehiclespecification(e.g.trimplates,extensionpanel,grilles,gloveboxdoor,etc.).应当具备检测子基准的能力,一些开口特征需要与其他零件互配的。
▪Suppliershallhavetheabilitytocheckacompletedassembly。
Sub-contractorsshallalsohavetheabilitytocheckcomponentparts。
Anycubingorbuildfixtureshallhavetheabilitytodemonstratefittoadjoiningpartsandattachments。
检具需具备检测总成零件的能力,分供方也应具备检测分零件的能力。
应具备模拟块检测对手件的能力。
▪Appropriatefunctionaltestingandfinalinspectiontoensureproductperformsasdesignedunderactualvehicleconditions。
