1.0装置安装主要内容

2.0电控箱安装

2.1电控箱安装位置的确定
Installingpositionoftheelectricalcontrolbox
电控箱尽量安装在靠近AC电源输入线路和靠近电极安装处,以减少直流(DC)电缆的长度,从而减少电压损耗,保证适合的工作电压,电控箱安装位置必须满足以下要求:
ThepositionshouldbeclosetotheinputofACsupplyandpositionofelectrode,whichcanshortenthelengthofDCcable,decreasethevoltageloss,andprovideappropriateworkingvoltage.Theinstallingpositionshouldmeetthefollowingconditions:
a.环境温度应在-10℃~55℃范围以内。

b.适当的空间,以利于通风和维修。

c.高度不超过人的高度,以便于读数和进行电流调节。

2.2电控箱的安装方式

本电控箱的安装方式为壁挂式
Theinstallingtypeofthiselectricalcontrolboxiswall-mounted.
2.3制作安装底板
Makeinstallingmotherboard
在选定安装位置后,若该位置不垂直或没有可作固定电控箱的壁,需按电控箱的外型尺寸制作安装底板,在该板上按电控箱固定螺丝位置尺寸,焊4只M8×25不锈钢螺栓,并将该安装底板在电控箱安装位置用电焊垂直固定,然后涂上防锈漆。

2.4电控箱固定:
将电控箱在垂直方向上固定在安装底板上。

3.0阳极/水密罩/法兰座安装
Installingofanode/waterproofcover/flangeholder
3.1阳极安装在船舶的海底水箱内,以垂直安装为宜,以避免因振动变形而发生的短路(若用户需在水箱侧面安装,需预先告知本公司,本公司在电极设计中加以考虑),每个电极自带5米CEF1×3mm2的单芯电缆。

3.2在海底门上部平板上选择安装阳极位置并标明记号,该位置须既要允许安装不至于与钢板有接触,同时不影响其他管系的安装。
在海水水箱内安装两只阳极时,两只阳极的位置应以便于安装操作为宜。

3.3在海底门上部平板处合适安装阳极的地方开一个孔,(孔的大小与阳极安装底座法兰相匹配)清理干净后,将安装法兰焊接上去,且需内外两面焊接,然后在焊接处涂上防锈漆。

3.4将阳极水密罩螺丝盖帽脱开,把阳极线拆下,重新旋紧固定螺母,以达密封为止,然后将阳极线重新接上并旋上螺丝盖帽,最后将连为一体的阳极、水密罩举起插入底座安装法兰孔中,放低至海水箱内,用螺丝将阳极水密罩与底座法兰固定并达到密封要求(所有的阳极操作方法相同)。
Disengagethescrewblockofthewaterproofcover,removetheanodewire,andthenscrewupthefittingscrewcup.Jointtheanodewireagainandscrewupthescrewblock,andtheninsertbothanodeandwaterproofcoverintotheholeoftheflangeholder,putthemintowatertank,fitthemwiththeflangeholderusingscrew(theinstallingmethodofallanodesarethesame).
3.5安装检查
Installingcheck
阳极安装好后,需进行检查,检查内容为水密性和绝缘性两项内容。

3.5.1水密性检查
Checkingofwatertightness
首先检查阳极底座法兰焊接是否有缺陷,是否两面焊接,焊接处是否有假焊和气孔。
Firstcheckwhetherthereisfaultywithjointingofanodeandflangecoverornot,forexample,whetherbothsideshavebeenjointedornot;whethertherearedryJointandblowholeandsoon.
若法兰焊接正常,还需检查水密罩安装。
检查内容有:
各水密罩结点的密封橡皮圈是否遗漏,有关紧固螺丝是否拧紧。
(注:
当船下水后,还需对水密性进行第二次检查,任何一点微小的不妥之处都要排除)。

3.5.2电极绝缘性检查
Checkingofinsulativity
阴、阳极间绝缘度大于20MΩ,但在安装现场由于环境湿度影响,可能达不到此数值,因此在现场测试时,用万用电表检测不导通即可。
若测量下来,阴阳极间导通,需寻找原因,并进行处理,直到符合要求为止。
Insulationbetweencathodeandanodeshouldbemorethan20MΩ,butontheinstallingscene,theinsulationmaybelessthenthisvaluebecauseofhumidity,soifthemultimeterisnoton,theinsulationwillbeok.
Ifthemultimeterisonwhenmeasuring,pleasefindthefaultyandcorrectituntilitmeettherequirement.
4.0接线盒固定
Fittingofthejunctionbox
接线盒固定位置在电控箱与海底门之间,离海底门距离小于5M。
Fitthejunctionboxbetweenthecontrolboxandseachest,thedistancebetweenthejunctionandseachestshouldbelessthan5m.
在选定位置后,按接线盒的固定孔尺寸,在船体钢板上焊接2只固定螺栓(固定螺栓为M8×25,不锈钢螺栓的中心距为110mm)然后将接线盒固定,同时从接线盒引出一根接地线与钢板连接。

5.0电气接线
Electricalwiring
5.1本装置电缆接线的电缆规格
Cablespecification
用在AC接线上的电缆的规格为2×1.5mm2,用在DC接线上用的电缆为CEF3×1.5mm2(特殊情况用2×1.5mm2)。

5.2将输入电源(AC接线)的两端连接到船舶电源和电控箱输入端。

5.3电控箱输出端到每个海底门阳极的连接

电控箱输出端为DC(有2~8路输出),二个主机海底门均为一组二路(A1、C1及A2、C2)。
采用一根三芯制电缆CEF3×1.5mm2,其中二股的一头连接到电控箱的二路“+”极输出接线端上,另一头接到海底门附近的接线盒上,同时在该海底门处二只阳极上的接线电缆也接到接线盒上,三芯电缆的笫三股线的一头接电源输出的“-”极公用接线端,另一头在接线盒内接地,同时将接线盒内的接地端接一根线到接线盒外直接接地,连接阳极的DC接线必须直接接到接线盒上,左右主海底门的接线方法相同,其他的阳极的接线方法与此相同。

Testingprocedureandmethodofelectrolysisanti-foulingandanti-corrosiondevices
1.0检查:
Checking
1.1普遍检查:
检查电源输入、输出是否正确,检查电极、水密罩水密是否正常。
检查阴、阳极间是否有短路,方法是将保险丝全部断开,用万用电表测阴阳极间电位差,若有差值即为正常,若电位差为零,则需寻找原因并处理。
Commonchecking:
checkwhetherinputandoutputofthepowersupplyarerightornot;checkwhetherwatertightnessofelectrodeandwaterproofcoverisnormalornot.Checkwhetherthereisshortcircuitbetweencathodeandanode.Thecheckingmethodis:
offallfuses,measurethepotentialdifferencebetweencathodeandanodeusingmultimeter,ifthereispotentialdifference,thenthecircuitisnormal,orpleasefindtheinexpedienceandcorrectit.
1.2重点检查:
重点检查阳极线、阴极线连接是否正确无误,决不能出现倒接现象,否则会出现严重后果。

checkimportantlywhethertheconnectionofboththeanodeandcathodeisrightornot.Wrongconnectionisforbidden,orelsewillcauseseriousconsequence.
1.3阳极线、阴极线接线是否正确的判定方法:

(a)检查编号:
设备安装及接线时,一般在每根芯电缆的两头都有编号标记,检查电控箱输出端每根芯接线电缆的编号与相应接线盒中阴、阳极线编号是否一致。
Checkingnumber:
wheninstallingandwiring,eachcablemayhasmarkonbothterminals,socheckwhethernumbersofoutputterminalsofelectricalcontrolboxandcorrespondnumbersofterminalsofanodeandcathodeinthejunctionboxareconsistentornot.
(b)阴极判定法:
每一海底门有一根三芯电缆,只要判定接地线(阴极线)正确就可以。
方法是在接线盒中把两根阳极线松开取下,然后在电控箱输出端将保险丝松开,用万用电表测量寻找输出端与船壳导通的接地线,如果该线是接在Y端,说明接线正确,可以放心通电,如果不是接在Y点,则需调整过来。
