.1.0范围Scope
本程序文件覆盖惠州HDPE/PP项目的热力管道、容器和设备的保温/保冷等施工作业程序。
Thisprocedureisestablishedforinstallationofinsulationonpipelines,vesselsandequipmentinhotserviceforHuizhouHDPE/PPproject.
2.0规范和标准CodesandStandards
工程设计文件：
Engineeringdocuments
·SP-84400-0000-0004（InsulationSpecification保温规范）；
·CINI手册（InsulationWorkRequisition保温工作要求）；
·DEP-30.46.00.31-CSPC（RevisedSpecification保温规范的变更/补充）。
3.0材料控制MaterialControl
3.1所有的材料要有合格证书，标签和名牌符合数据资料。
Allthematerialshallbeverifiedaspermaterialcertification,tagandnameplatebeingasperdatesheet.
3.2材料的项目，数量和规格尺寸符合订单和图纸要求。
Items,quantitiesandsizesofthematerialsshallbeinconformancetoapprovedconstructiondrawingandPOID.
3.3所有提供的材料是新的并且没有损坏。
Allmaterialsuppliedshallbenewandwithoutdamages.
3.4所有隔热材料应被正确保管储藏、发放并且有防潮措施。
Allinsulationmaterialsshallbestored,protectedfrommoistureandissuedproperly.
3.5使用规定之外的材料时应经TCM批准。
UseofmaterialsotherthanthosespecifiedshallbesubjecttoapprovalbyTCM.
4.0保温准备工作PreparationforInsulation
4.1按照本程序3.1至3.5条款检查材料，确保材料的型号和厚度符合相关规范和图纸。
Materialsshallbecheckedasper3.1~3.5ofthisproceduretoensurethetypeofthematerialandthicknessareinaccordancewithrelevantspecificationanddrawings.
4.2保温工程师要收验管道试验合格证，确认所有的管线全部的试验，例如水压、X光,等的检测工作已完成并合格及防腐完成。
Insulationsupervisorshallreceiveacopyofthepipetestacceptancetoconfirmthatallthetestingsuchashydrostatic,X-rayhavebeencompletedandpaintingcompletedreleasedforinsulationonallpipingandequipmentinvolved
4.3所有需保温表面应要求完成涂漆并清洁干净，不允许有油脂，污垢等污染物。
Allthesurfacetobeinsulatedshallbepaintedandcleaneduptobefreefromanygrease,dust,etc.
4.4在保温前检测天气条件，在会使隔热层变潮湿的天气下，即当表面温度低于露点温度5ºC以上不应进行隔热安装。
当隔热层安装需要持续较长时间才密封时，必须加以保护，以确保其保持干燥，直到隔热层密封和安装完毕。
Inspectweathercondition.Insulationshallnotbeinstalledduringweatherthatmightcausethepipeorinsulationtobecomewet,i.e.thesurfacetemperatureislessthan5ºCabovedewpoint.Insulationtobeinstalledoveranextendedperiodmustbeprotectedtoensureitremainsdryuntilithasbeenproperlysealed.
4.5保温安装前，伴热管线要按图纸和规范安装完毕，并经试验合格.Heatingtracingshallbeinstalled,testedandtaggedinaccordancewithrelevantspecificationanddrawingsbeforeinsulation.
4.6保温支撑件要在保温前安装完毕并满足要求。
Insulationsupportinstallationshallbefinishedasrequiredbeforeinsulation.
4.7确认要安装的保温隔热层不能覆盖玻璃位计的表面，设备的名牌，或数据盘或标识牌，并且不能防碍仪表或设备的运动（执行）部件的运转。
MakesurethatInsulationwillnotcoverthefaceofgaugeglasses,equipmentnameplateordataplatesortags,norbeappliedsoastointerferewithdynamicpartsofinstrumentsorequipment.
5.0管线热保温PipingHotInsulation
5.1所有的保温准备工作完成并获准通过后才可进行保温安装。
InsulationConstructionshallbeperformedafteralltheinsulationpreparationhavebeenfinishedandreleased.
5.2管线保温材料用预制的管壳和金属软毯，管壳使用ø1mm的不锈钢丝固定，间距<300mm，每节管壳不少于3根不锈钢丝。
金属软毯用13х0.5mm的不锈钢带固定，间距<300mm,每节网毯不少于3根不锈钢带。
Prefabricatedpipesectionandwiremeshblanketshallbeusedaspipinginsulationmaterial.Eachpipesectionwillbefixedbynolessthan3piecesofusingø1mmstainlesssteelwirewiththegaplessthan300mm,andeachwiremeshblanketbefixedbynolessthan3piecesofusing13х0.5mmstainlesssteelbandwiththegaplessthan300mm.
5.3保温金属软毯环缝和纵缝用ø1mm的不锈钢丝或不锈钢钩钉固定，钩钉间距50mm，如用镀锌铁丝网，则可用镀锌钩钉进行固定。
Thecircularandlongitudinaljointsofwiremeshblanketshallbefixedbyusingø1mmstainlesssteelwireorstainlesssteelhookswiththegapof50mm.Ifgalvanizedwiremeshistobeused,galvanizedhookcanbeusedforfixing.
5.4单层保温结构环缝或纵缝使用交错接缝结构，多层结构时，应同层错缝，相连两层压缝的交错结构。
每一层用钢丝或钢带单独固定。
接点处填充相同的散状保温材料。
Forthesingle-layerinsulationstructure,circularorlongitudinaljointsshallbejointedstaggeredly.Forthosemulti-layered,thejointsonboththesamelayerandthetwoadjacentlayersshallbestaggered.Eachlayerwillbefixedbyusingwireorsteelbandseparately.Thejointsshallbefilledwiththesamelooseinsulationmaterials.
5.5管线上所有的连接件保温应与管线保温一致，使用同种保温材料，相同的保温厚度。
Insulationofallconnectorsonthepipelineshallbeinaccordancewiththatofpipelinebyusingthesamematerialandsamethickness.
5.6伴热管线的保温安装应是管线和伴热线两条管线用同一隔热层包敷在一起。
Heattracedpipelineanditstracingpipingshallbeinsulatedtogetherinthesamelayer（s）.
5.7所有的保温层应有外保护层（用铝皮或不锈钢），外保护层的安装应顺着水流的方向，保护保温层不受雨水和风的侵袭。
Allinsulationshallbecladwithmetaljacketing（aluminumsheetorstainlesssteel）.Jacketingshallbeinstalledalongthedirectionofwaterstreamandprotectagainstwindandblowingrain.
5.8保温层外保护层用自攻钉或铆钉进行固定，间距<150mm,纵缝要交错连接，并搭接50mm。
Themetaljacketingshallbefixedbyusingselftappersorblindrivetswiththegaplessthan150mm,andthelongitudinaljointsshallbeconnectedstaggeredlyandoverlappedby50mm.
5.9外保护层安装膨胀伸缩节，水平管线根据现场施工选择膨胀伸缩节的位置。
立式管道膨胀伸缩节在支撑圈下方进行安装。
Expansionjointsshallbeinstalledformetaljacketing.Forhorizontalpipelines,thelocationshallbechosenaspersiteconditionsandforverticalpipelines,itshallbeinstalledunderthesupportingring.
6.0法兰和阀门的热保温HotInsulationonFlangesAndValves
6.1法兰、阀门的保温厚度应与之相连管线保温层厚度相同。
螺栓连接的法兰、阀门保温层与法兰、阀门间距为螺栓长度+30mm。
Theinsulationthicknessforflangeandvalveshallbethesameasthatofthepipelinetobeconnected,andthegapbetweenboltedflangeandvalveandtheirinsulationlayershallbe30mmplusthelengthofbolt.
6.2法兰、阀门外保护层应安装成可拆卸式壳子，并用19х0.5mm的钢带及快速开启扣进行固定。
Themetaljacketingforflangeandvalveshallbeinstalledtoberemovableboxandfixedbyusing19х0.5mmsteelbandandquickreleasetoggle.
6.3在可拆卸式壳子的最底部开排水孔。
Drainholeshallbemadeatthebottomofremovablebox.
7.0容器和设备的热保温HotInsulationOnVesselsAndEquipment
7.1确认所有的保温准备工作已经完成并验收合格。
Makesurethatalltheinsulationpreparationhavebeenfinishedandreleased.
7.2容器设备用金属网毯保温材料，金属网毯应紧靠在设备容器上，并用13х0.5mm不锈钢带进行固定。
钢带间距≤300mm，每节金属网毯至少有3根不锈钢带。
金属软毯环缝和纵缝用ø1mm的不锈钢丝或不锈钢钩钉固定，钩钉间距50mm，如用镀锌铁丝网，则可用镀锌钩钉进行固定。
Theinsulationmaterialusedforvesselandequipmentiswiremeshblanket,whichshallcloselysticktoequipmentandvesselandfixedbyusing13х0.5mmstainlesssteelbandwiththegaplessthan300mm.Foreachsectionofblanket,thereshallbeatleast3piecesofstainlesssteelband.Thecircularandlongitudinaljointsofwiremeshblanketshallbefixedbyusingø1mmstainlesssteelwireorstainlesssteelhookswiththegapof50mm.Ifgalvanizedwiremeshistobeused,galvanizedhookcanbeusedforfixing.
7.3为得到坚固的保温结构。
单层保温结构环缝或纵缝使用交错接缝结构，多层结构时，应同层错缝，相连两层压缝的交错结构。
每一层用钢带单独固定。
接点处填充相同的散状保温材料。
Inordertoobtainsolidinsulationstructure,forthesingle-layerinsulationstructure,circularorlongitudinaljointsshallbejointedstaggeredly.Forthosemulti-layered,thejointsonboththesamelayerandthetwoadjacentlayersshallbestaggered.Eachlayerwillbefixedbyusingsteelbandseparately.Thejointsshallbefilledwiththesamelooseinsulationmaterials.
7.4设备容器上所有的连接件保温应与设备容器保温一致，使用同种保温材料，相同的保温厚度。

7.8卧式设备容器安装膨胀伸缩节根据现场施工确定伸缩节的位置。
立式设备容器在保温支撑圈下方安装膨胀伸缩节。
Forhorizontalequipmentandvessel,thelocationofexpansionjointsshallbechosenaspersiteconditionsandforverticalequipmentandvessel,itshallbeinstalledundertheinsulationsupportingring.
7.9设备容器封头和底部的保温应和容器外壁一样的保温方式，保温层外保护层安装成饼形或扇形金属结构。
Sealcapsandbottomofthevessels/equipmentshallbeinsulatedinthesamewayasthatofexternalwallofvessels/equipment.Themetaljacketingforinsulationlayershallbeinstalledintoametalstructurewiththeshapeofcakeorsector.
7.10容器设备上的钢结构、支撑等构件，外防护层应涂粘合剂进行密封，防止雨水从此处进入保温层。
Forcomponentsonvessels/equipment,suchassteelstructure,supportsetc.,adhesiveshallbeusedforsealingthemetaljacketingtopreventrainenteringtheinsulationlayer.
7．11保温结构应不影响容器设备上运动部件的运转，仪表指示器、铭牌、标志牌等应露在外保护层外，并清晰可见。
Theoperationofrotatingpartsonvessels/equipmentshallnotbeimpactedbyinsulationstructure.Instrumentindicator,nameplate,tagplateshallbeexposedoutsideofmetaljacketingandbevisible.
7.12容器设备法兰、人孔和维修点的保温结构应为保温层和外防护层可以拆卸，并且不会损坏容器设备壁的保温层。
Theinsulationstructureforflanges、manholesandmaintenanceaccessportofvessels/equipmentshallbetheinsulationlayerwhereinsulationandmetaljacketingcanberemovableandthatonwallofvessels/equipmentwillnotbedamaged.
8.0管线的保冷PipingColdInsulation
8.1所有的保冷准备工作完成并获准通过后才可进行保冷安装。
Coldinsulationworkshallbeperformedafteralltheinsulationpreparationhavebeenfinishedandreleased.
8.2管线保冷使用预制的保冷管壳，管壳的尺寸要与管线大小相吻合并紧紧围绕管线，用25mm的塑料带进行固定，间距≤250，并在管壳外均匀涂上防潮层。
防潮层厚3-5mm，不允许有漏涂、少涂等现象。
