2.1Scope
2.1.1ThismanualprovidesageneralframeworkforLabor,HealthandSafety,andtheEnvironment,respectively,andsomestandardsrelatingtobusinessethics,andoutlinestheelementsofanacceptablesystemtomanageconformitytoEICC.本手册对于公司劳工、职业健康和安全、环境职责和相关的道德标准提供了一个基本的框架，并简要描述了建立一个完整的EICC管理系统的基本要素。
2.1.2TheEICCmanagementsystemappliestoallfactories.
此系统适用于（深圳）所有工厂。
3.IntroductiontotheElCCManual手册的介绍
3.1Introduction简介
TheEICCmanualofthecompany（“thismanual”）describesthegeneralframeofEICCSystemestablishedaccordingtoEICCstandardinArnold（Shenzhen）,includingEICCpolicy,theorganizationstructureandelementofmanagementsystem,responsibilitiesandauthoritiesofeverydepartment,theinterrelationshipamongfunctionaldepartments.此EICC手册根据EICC标准要求简要的描述了建立系统的基本要求，包括方针、组织结构和EICC体系的基本要求、各部门的基本职责、职能部门的相互关系等。
3.2ControloftheManual手册的控制
3.2.1General一般要求
3.2.1.1ThismanualiscontrolledpertheDocumentandDataControlProcedure.本手册依照文件和资料控制程序要求控制。
3.2.1.2Thismanualisissuedeitherascontrolledcopyorasuncontrolledcopywhichisidentifiedonthecoversheetofthismanual.本手册的受控复印本或非受控复印本通过手册的封面识别。
3.2.1.3Thecontrolledcopiesofthismanualareissuedtothosedepartmentswhicharelistedinthedistributionlist.受控复印本分发的部门详列于分发清单。
3.2.1.4Theholdersofcontrolledcopiesareresponsibleforprovidingtheirsubordinatesreadingandunderstandingthismanualandassuringtheirsubordinatesimplementingthepolicystipulatedinthismanual.手册持有者有责任确保下属阅读并理解本手册的内容，并确保按照手册的规定执行。
3.2.1.5Ifthismanualisrevised,theholdersofthismanualshallbenotifiedandshallbedistributedwithacopyofnewrevisionimmediately.如果本手册有任何修改，将会通知手册持有者，并马上分发更新的版本。
3.2.1.6Uncontrolledcopiesmaybedistributedtoanycustomers,suppliersorothersonrequestofManagementRepresentative（MR）.Uncontrolledcopiesofthismanualarenotupdatedwhenthismanualisrevised.非受控版本可能分发给客户、供应商或者其他管理者代表的要求。
当手册有修改时非受控版本将不会被修改。
