    TheworkingclassbecamemoreandmoreunwillingtofollowtheConservativesandtheLiberals. Theywantedtohavetheirownparty. SotheLaborpartywasformedbythetradeunions. After1922theLaborPartygraduallyreplacedtheLiberalPartytobecomeoneofthetwomajorpartiesinGreatBritain.
