一、ERP基本介绍

1、ERP的原理概念

根据MPS对最终生产产品的构成、需求数量、交货期、产成品和各级材生产时间或运送时间推导各级材料的需求数量和需求日期，再导出制造订单下达日期和采购件的采购订单发放日期，进行资源的时间的有效化。

ERP是EnterpriseResourcePlanning（企业资源计划）的简称，是上个世纪90年代美国一家IT公司提出的。

是针对物流、人流、财流、信息流集成一体化的企业管理软件。

包含客户服务架构，使用图形用户接口，应用开放系统制作。

除了已有的标准功能，它还包含品质、过程运作管理、调整报告等其他特性。

2、ERP的管理思想

其核心管理思想就是实现对整个供应链的有效管理。

主要体现在以下三个方面:
