运输车队组织结构
部门工作
一、配送中心
1.按调度中心安排的次序、时限完成配送任务;
2.处理配送中的意外情况,确保及时送达;
3.监控GPS;
4.处理数质量纠纷、服务纠纷;
5.管理司运人员,保证出勤比例;
6.协助处理车辆故障;
7.协助处理交通事故与交通违法;
8.编排、办理、使用与保管通行证;
9.清查与保管车辆钥匙、证件,收缴与核对油品转移交接单;
10.上级交给的其他任务。
二、调度中心
1.按“尽量满载、少跑空驶、合理搭舱、任务饱和、杜绝脱销、力争送完”的原则调度任务;
2.按《社会客户配送规定》安排业务配送;
3.时时联系加油站,实时掌握出库、库存及其他情况;
4.记录并转达中心调度室的指示及要求,及时、快速完成导卡等;
5.统计与报告日配送数据;
6.上级交给的其他任务。
三、保障中心
1.向调度中心与配送中心提供每日可出车辆;
2.监督司机出车检查,收车检查;
3.故障救援,调查与处理车辆事故,协助处理交通事故;
4.安排车辆保养,监督、验收保养质量;
5.安排车辆维修,监督、验收维修质量;
6.车辆年检、验罐、二保等;
7.车辆续保,办理车辆证件,管理车辆档案;
8.采购与管理车辆配件和油品配送器材;
9.燃油保障与保管,加油与油耗统计;
10.上级交给的其他任务。
四、安全/客服/办公室
1.安全教育与宣传;
2.油品配送安全巡查;
3.预防与处理交通事故、安全事故;
4.控制与处理交通违法;
5.监控与处理超速;
6.管理与维护安全设施、设备;
7.受理客户投诉,督促相关处理客户诉求,向客户反馈投诉结果与听取客户意见;
8.人事工作;
9.统计工作;
10.档案管理;
11.会务组织;
12.采购与发放办公用品,管理与维修办公设施、营产;
13.来访接待;
14.票据报销,小额流动现金管理;
15.上级交给的其他任务。
经理职责
经理受公司总经理领导,对公司总经理负责。
经理负责车队的全面管理,对包括配送、调度、保障、安全、效率、利润等负总责。
其职责如下:
1.建立健全车队的各项规章制度,做到所有工作均有章可循;
2.建设与培养一支具有较高水平的管理人员队伍;
3.建设与培养一支素质良好的员工队伍;
4.搞好与物流中心和加油站的沟通,维护良好客户关系;
5.搞好对外关系,为车队创造良好的外部环境;
6.及时协调内部关系,解决内部矛盾,保持车队良好运转;
7.制定对策与加强教育,预防和控制交通、安全事故;
8.创新与优化配送模式、调度流程、管理方法等;
9.建立健全考核机制,以促进安全、服务、效率、利润;
10.完成上级交给的其他任务。
配送中心副经理职责
配送中心副经理(以下简称配送副经理)受经理领导,对经理负责。
主要负责组织司运人员完成调度中心安排的配送任务,对服务质量进行管理。
其职责如下:
1.完善与改进配送中心各岗位的职责及操作规范;
2.严格按岗位职责及标准对所属人员进行考核;
3.掌握司机、押运的思想、技术及身体状况,定人定车并保持相对稳定;
4.了解每日配送任务,组织人员、车辆完成配送任务;
5.调查与处理油品配送中的数量、服务等问题;
6.管理司运人员,对直管人员考勤;
7.确定与调整行驶路线;
8.核对库站距离;
9.办理通行证;
