1Introduction
本部分主要是介绍NEUSOFTPACS／RIS2.1产品里的预处理系统（DICOM网关）在存储方面的特色和一些DICOM说明。
一致性说明的标准格式在DICOM标准的第二部分有详细的介绍。
阅读此说明时请参考DICOM3.0协议的第二部分（Conformance）。
ThissectionoftheDICOMConformanceStatementspecifiesthecompliancetoDICOMconformancerequirementsandfeaturesofstoragefortheforDICOMGatewayonthisNeusoftPacsproduct.NotethattheformatofthissectionstrictlyfollowstheformatdefinedinDICOMStandardPS3.2（Conformance）.Pleaserefertothatpartofthestandardwhilereadingthissection.
DICOM网关从影像设备里接收图像然后保存在PACS数据库里，以便医生用来诊断和重新读片、写报告。
Server利用DICOM3.0服务来接收、发送图像从一个地方到另外一个地方。
并且可以为其他的客户端提供Query/Retrieve服务。
TheDICOMGetewayreceiveimagesfrommedicaldevicesandthensavethemtothedatabasesothedoctorcandiagnosis,reviewanddoreporteasily.TheserveruseDICOM3.0servicetoreceiveandsendimagesfromoneplacetotheother,andalsoprovideQuery/Retrieveservicefortheotherclient.
DICOM网关严格按照DICOM3.0标准创建信息实体和与影像设备进行通信。
本一致性说明参考了DICOM3.0标准的第四、六、十一部分。

DICOM网关应用实体（ApplicationEntity）是一个建立在DICOM3.0通信协议的应用程序。
当DICOM网关启动的时候，会自动启动监听。

DICOM网关将响应下列实体行为：

●传输患者信息／检查信息／序列信息／图像到远程服务器。
对于这个操作，用户利用NEUSOFTPACS/RIS2.1的影像诊断系统的发送功能来完成或由DICOM网关匹配信息传回正确的信息。
用户可以从已有的医疗影像里选择一幅或多幅图像发送到指定的设备里。
也可以存储到别的PACS服务器里。
视用户在影像诊断系统里的设置所定。

在可视的消息窗口里我们可以看到DICOM网关接收的状态。
WecanseethereceivingstatusoftheDicomGeatewayfromthevisualmessagewindow:
●ImageSended发送图像到DICOM网关。
这里DICOM网关接收到请求，然后匹配患者、检查等再发送到自己所设置的PACS服务器里。
我们可以可视化的界面窗口里看到整个接收的过程。
ImageSendedsendimagestotheDicomGateway
AftertheDicomGatewayhavereceivedrequestion,itwillmatchinformationssuchaspatientsandstudiesandthensendthemtothePACSseverwhichhaspresettedbyourselves.Wecanseethereceivingstatuefromthevisualinterfacewindow.
●Query/Retrieve
在这里，操作者查询远程服务器来获得一系列的患者、检查、序列、图像信息。
如果我们能够看到显示的信息在我们的结果里，那么就可以从远程服务器里取得DICOM网关支持的DICOMSOP类相应的信息。
Forthisoperation,theoperatorqueriesaremotedatabasetoobtainalistofdataatPatient/Study/Series/Image.Oncetheremotebrowserisdisplayed,theoperatorcanretrievetherelativeinformationoftheSOPClassessupportedbytheDicomGatewayfromtheremoteserver.
2.2FunctionaldefinitionsofAE
DICOM网关建立下列操作：
·访问数据库里的患者和图像信息。
·建立一个DICOM格式的数据集。
·通过发送符合DICOM3.0标准的SOP类来与远程的DICOM服务AE建立一个联合。
·建立一个联合来取得远程的患者信息。
·建立一个联合来以便从远程服务器那里取得图像到DICOM网关。

同样，DICOM网关也等待建立联合的请求。
·响应远程客户端存储图像到DICOM网关的请求。
·响应DICOM检验类的请求到DICOM网关。

C-FIND主要应用于StudyRootInformationModel和PatientRootInformationModel。
C-MOVE应用于PatientRootInformationModel如果当操作者在同一时间需要不同的患者信息的时候，或者也应用于StudyRootInformationModel。

DICOM网关创建的联合请求的最大PDU为：

注意：
0长度的PDU在这里并不支持，如果接收到0长度的联合请求，SCP将放弃此次连接。
SOP类的扩展也同样不支持。

3.2.2NumberofAssociations
DICOM网关作为SCU在某一瞬间一次只能建立一个联合来执行存储图像的请求。
但DICOM网关作为SCP能够同时打开四个联合请求来执行存储操作或者响应通知信息。
同样DICOM网关AE在一瞬间也只能建立一个联合来请求Query/Retrieve操作。

3.2.3AsynchronousNature
DICOM网关不支持异步模式，所有的操作都只能同步执行。
