1.1概述
1.1Overview
厂用电动机主要有交流6kV、交流400V、直流220V三类，主要是用来驱动机组辅机，保证电能的安全、稳定输出。
Motorcouldbedividedinto6KVACmotor、400VACmotorand220VDCmotorthreekinds,itismainlyusedfordrivingauxiliariesofunittoguaranteethesafeandstablepoweroutput.
大于185KW的电机及大于400A的静态负荷采用6KV母线供电；75kW至185kW的电动机与150A至400A的静态负荷由PC供电；低于75KW电动机及低于150A的静态负荷由MCC供电；直流电机采用直流220V系统供电。

1.4.2380V电动机保护装置
1.4.2380Vmotorprotectiondevice
380V低压电动机主要靠电源断路器及热继电器实现短路、接地、过载、低电压、断相等保护。
Theshort-currentprotection,groundingprotection,over-loadprotection,low-voltageprotectionaswellasopenphaseprotectionfor380Vlowvoltagemotorsareperformedbypowersupplycircuitbreakerandthermalrelay.
1.5电动机的运行调整
1.5Motoroperationadjustment
1.5.1厂用电动机运行的一般规定
1.5.1Generalregulationsonoperationofauxiliarymotors
a）在电动机的外壳上，均应有制造厂家的额定铭牌，各专业的值班人员必须按照铭牌参数监视运行，在没有得到厂部批准之前，不得超参数运行。
短时间超过额定电流时，应汇报值班调度，并通知电气值班人员；
a）Eachmotorcasingshouldhavethemanufacturerratednameplate.Theoperatorsofeachshiftshouldmonitortheoperationcloselyaccordingtotheparametersonthenameplates.Donotoperatethemotoroverloadedwithoutpermission.Ifthecurrentismorethanratedcurrentforshortwhile,reportittodispatcherandinformtheelectricoperatorsonduty.
b）电动机应按有关规定设有保护装置、自动装置、接地装置、仪表装置，并经常监视各装置均在良好状态。
电流表应标有额定值。
b）Accordingtorelevantregulation,themotorshouldbeequippedwithprotectivedevices,automaticdevices,earthingdevices,instruments.Checktomakeequipmentingoodcondition.Theammetershouldbemarkedwithratedvalues.
c）电动机的外壳及其所属设备上（开关、刀闸、操作把手、表计、故障按钮）均应有永久性的设备标志；
c）Thecasingofmotorsanditsauxiliaryequipment（CB,disconnector,operationalhandle,metersandemergencybutton）shouldhavepermanentmarks.
d）电机周围应干燥清洁，防止水、汽、油、粉、灰等有害物质浸入，电机的转动部分应有遮栏及防护罩；
d）Theareaaroundmotorshouldbedry,clean,andfreefromwater,steam,oil,powerandash.Therotatingpartofmotorshouldbeequippedwithprotectivebarrierandcover.
e）有油润滑轴承的电机，油箱应有油面指示计，最高、最低油位指示线及测温装置；
e）Forthemotorwiththebearinglubricatedbylubeoil,thereshouldbeoillevelindicator,temperaturemeasurementdeviceequippedonoiltank.Also,thereshouldbemaximumlevel,minimumlevelmarks.
f）有加热器的备用电动机，加热器应长期投入，以防受潮，投运后立即退出。
f）Forthestandbymotorwithheater,theheatershouldbealwaysinservicetokeepitfromdamp.Whenthemotorstarts,itshouldbeimmediatelydeactivated.
g）备用的电动机应能随时启动，并应按规定定期轮换运行；
g）Thestandbymotorscouldstartatanytime.Theyshouldbeswitchedoverperiodicallyaccordingtoregulation.
h）低压电机保护的熔丝容量，应按规定选择，如无选择表，380V的小型鼠笼式感应电机熔丝额定电流可按下式选取：

i）启动电机时，应监视电流表、转速表、启动时间。
注意听声音，发现异常立即停止电动机；
i）Whenstartingmotor,motorcurrentmeter,speedmeterandstartingtime.Payattentiontotheoperatingsound.Immediatelystopmotorincaseofanyabnormalcondition.
j）电动机启动应逐台进行，一般不允许在同一母线上同时启动两台以上较大容量的电动机，启动大容量电动机（如启动电泵）前应调整好母线电压。
j）Motorsshouldbestartedonebyone,itisnotallowedtostart2ormoremotorswithhighcapacityonthesamebusbar.Beforestartingmotorswithhighcapacitysuchaselectricpump,busbarvoltageshouldbewellregulated.
k）自启动电机，电压下降或失电，且电流不超过额定值的20%时，20秒内禁止手动切断开关。
k）Forself-startingmotors,incaseofvoltagedrop,powerlossandnomorethan20%ratedcurrent,itisnotallowedtomanuallyswitchoffthemotorswitchwithin20s.
l）高压电动机备用时应投入其电加热器运行。
l）Forhigh-voltagemotor,incaseofstandbystate,theheatershouldbeactivated.
1.5.2允许运行方式

2）电动机可以在额定电压的95％～110％范围内运行其额定出力不变。
当电压为额定值的95％，定子电流可较额定电流值增大5％；当电压为额定值的110%，定子电流可较额定电流减少10%。
此时应监视电动机各部温度及温升不超过额定值。
2）Motorscouldoperatenormally,withtheratedoutputunchanged,whenvoltageisbetween95%to110%theratedvoltage,Whenthevoltageis95%,theratedvalue,increasethestatorcurrentto105%theratedcurrent;Whenthevoltageis110%,theratedvalue,decreasethestatorcurrentto90%theratedcurrent;Superviseandensurethetemperatureandtemperaturerisingofcasingdonotexceedallowablevalue.
3）电动机在额定出力时，相间电压不平衡不得超过5％。
4）Whenmotorrunswithratedoutput,thephasetophasevoltageunbalanceshouldbelessthan5%.
4）电动机定子各相电流不平衡不得超过额定值的10％，其中最大相电流不得超过额定值；

5）电动机最低进风温度不得低于20℃，最高温度不得超过50℃。

7）电动机运行时的轴向串动值，滑动轴承不超过2—4mm，滚动轴承不超过0.05mm。
