大家好！

　　今天我谈一下中国的现代军事　　一个国家崛起的标志是综合国力的强大，军事力量的强大是综合国力强大的特征之一。

在国家崛起过程中，军事力量一方面要承担起维护国家主权、安全和领土完整的使命，另一方面要维护国家战略通道的安全。

如领海、领空的安全、通畅，保证国家战略物资的需求通道不被外部势力阻断。

还有一个重要作用是通过战争来达到政治目的。

为维护本国和本集团的利益，政治家有可能会选择通过战争来达到目的，从历史看，一个超级大国的崛起往往伴随着战争，如19世纪时的英国，二战后的美国，都是通过

　　战争打败竞争对手，然后走上世界政治舞台的中心。

　　当然那是几十年前的事了，然而近几年来却发生了巨大变化，国际军控和裁军组织将中国的综合实力排在第三，美国
