0.GeneralProvisions总则

0.1

Mooringtestshallbecarriedoutwiththeaimofcheckingthegoodnessoftheinstallationworkandrunningconditionofallthesystemsandequipmenttoensureasuccessfultrial.

系泊试验之目的是试验和校核各系统及设备的安装质量和运行的可靠性，为试航提供保证。

InaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheListofAcceptanceItemsandCertificates,eachandeveryrelevanttestshallbeexecutedwiththeparticipationoftheOwner’srepresentatives,theSurveyorsfromtheNationalAuthorityandtheClassificationSocietyortherepresentativesentrustedbythem.OtheritemsnotincludedintheacceptancelistshallbetestedandrecordedbyShipyarditself.

按验收项目明细表规定，各有关的试验项目应在船东代表和/或验船师或他们所委托的人员参加下进行，其余项目工厂自己进行试验记录。

Withtheexceptionoftestscoveredinthea.m.itemsofacceptance,ifthemanufacturer’stestshavebeencompletedinshopanditsresultswillnotbeeffectedduringandafterinstallationonboard,thensuchtestshallnotbecarriedoutagain.HoweverthesafetyvalvesaftermountingonboardshallbecheckedagainandacceptedbytheSurveyor.

除验收项目规定者外，凡业经制造厂校验完毕，且上船安装后不会影响校验结果者，则可不再作试验。

Priortotheoperationtestofmainengineandgeneratorsets,acheckoftherelevantalarmandsafetypointsshallbefinished.

主机、发电机组在运转试验前应将有关的安全报警点校验结束。

1.AnchorEquipment锚设备

1.1

Aimoftest

Thetestofanchorequipmentshallbecarriedoutinordertoexaminethequalityofinstallationandtheworkingperformanceincludingtheflushingsysteminthehawsepipe.

试验目的

检验锚设备系统安装质量及锚链筒冲水装置的功能。

1.2

Testcondition

试验条件

1.2.1

Checkquantity,weight,thelengthanddiameterofanchorchain,quantityofprovisionlikeanchorshackle,connectionshackleandconnectionchainring,andbrandsign;

核对锚的数量、重量、锚链长度和直径、锚卸扣和连接卸扣或连接链环等的备品数量、钢印标志；

Checkcorrectionandreliabilityoftheinstallationrelativepositionofanchorwindlassandthesystem,andcheckthebrandsignofanchorwindlass;

检查锚机装置及其系统安装相对位置的正确性和可靠性，并核对锚机的钢印；

1.2.3

Checkthereliabilityofshackleconnectionamongeachanchorchain;

检查各节锚链之间卸扣连接的可靠性；

1.2.4

Checkthetightnesstestrecordofhydraulicpressuresystemaftertheshipmentofhydraulicpressureanchorwindlass.Andthecheckoutofsafetyvalve,overflowvalve,pressurereducingvalveandsoon;

检查液压锚机装船后的液压系统密性试验记录，安全阀、溢流阀和减压阀等校验合格；

Meshingandreleasingthemachineclutchthreetimesandcheckingtheagileoftheclutchandtheuseofbandbrake.

将机械离合器啮合及脱开各三次，检查离合器工作的灵便性和刹车的效用。

1.3

Testitems

试验内容

1.3.1

Aftervisualinspectionofthewindlass,non-loadoperationtestshallbecarriedout,meanwhileahoistingandloweringrunningtrialistobeconductedat15minutes.Oneaheadandasternrunningtrialistobeconductedat5~10minutesintervalsinordertoobservethedrivesystemandeachoperatingpartofwindlassifunconventionallyheatingandknocking.Recordstarting-andrunningcurrentaswellasvoltageofelectricmotors.Afterrunningtest,measureinsulationresistanceofmotorandcontrolbox（nottobelessthan1M）.

锚机进行正、倒车空载运转各15分钟，试验时每隔5~10min正、倒车变换一次，观察锚机传动装置及各运转部件有无异常发热及敲击现象。

记录启动及运转电流以及马达电压。

运转试验结束后测量马达及控制箱的绝缘电阻（不小于1MΩ）

1.3.2

Lowdowneachanchorseparately,meanwhileuseabrake-stoppertobrakeit2-3times,andthenheaveuptheanchorbymeansofwindlass.Duringthecourseoflifting,stoplifting2-3timestocheckconvenienceofclutchoperation,reliabilityofbrakeequipment
