   ArticleIIIGiveaccesstoState-ownedconstructionlandaccordingtothelaw,withintheperiodoftransferrightsofpossession,use,enjoymentanddisposalaccordingtolaw,therighttouselandaccordingtolawintheconstructionofbuildings,structuresandancillaryfacilities.

ChapterIITransferofdeliveryandpaymentofthesalepriceoftheland

   ThefourtharticleNumberoftransferunderthiscontract,withtotalareaofuppersquare（lowercaseSquaremetres）,thetransferofwhichareatouppersquare（smallsquare）.

   Underthiscontractforsaleislocatedin。

   ArticletenthConsentbytheassigneeinaccordancewiththefirstparagraphofthisarticle,oftheState-ownedconstructionlanduserightspaidtothetransferorsaleprice:

    （A）fromthedateofsignatureofthiscontractDaysoflumpsumpricefortheState-ownedconstructionlandtransfer;

    （B）accordingtothefollowingtimeandamountWhopaysthepricefortheState-ownedconstructionlandtransferoftherightoftransfer.

   PaymentsofState-ownedconstructionlandtransferprice,secondpartoftheassigneetopaymentandsubsequentperiodswhentheState-ownedconstructionlandtransferpriceagreedinaccordancewiththedateofthepaymentofthefirstphaseofthelandpricepublishedbythepeople'sBankofChinaloaninterestrate,interestispaidtothetransferor.

   The11tharticleTheassigneeshouldbepaidaccordingtothecontractafterthefullsellingprice,thiscontractandthepriceoftransferpaymentvouchersandotherrelateddocumentation,applicationfortransferofregistrationofrighttouseState-ownedlandforconstruction.

ChapterIIIConstructionoflanddevelopmentandutilization

   The12tharticleConsentbytheassigneeunderthiscontracttodevelopinvestmentstrengthofthisarticleprovidesfortheimplementation:

   （A）landforconstructionofindustrialprojectsunderthiscontract,consentbytheassigneeunderthecontractoftheprojecttotalinvestmentinfixedassetsisnotlessthantheapprovalorregistrationfortherecordamountofRMBcapitalMillion（lowercase）,Yuanpersquaremeterormoreofinvestmentcapital（thelowercaseYuan）.Constructionprojectsunderthiscontractforthetotalfixedassetsinvestment,includinginvestmentinbuildings,structuresandtheirassociatedfacilities,equipmentandsellingprice.

   （B）underthiscontractforconstructionofnon-industrialprojects,committedbytheassigneeunderthecontractofnotlessthanthetotaldevelopmentinvestmentcapitalofRMBMillion（lowercase）.

   The13tharticleAssigneeunderthiscontractwithinthescopeofnewbuildings,structuresandtheirancillaryfacilities,shouldconformtothecity（County）Governmenttransferplanningconditionsdeterminedbythemanagementplanning（seeannex3）.Ofwhich:

Natureofmainbuilding；

Ancillarybuildings；

TotalconstructionareaSquaremeters;

BuildingvolumerateisnothigherthanNotbelow;

BuildingHeightRestriction；

DensityisnotgreaterthanNotbelow;

GreenrateisnothigherthanNotbelow;

Otherlanduserequirements。

   The14tharticleConsentbytheassigneepackagesunderthiscontractinaccordancewiththissectionprovidesfortheimplementation:

（A）underthiscontractforconstructionofindustrialprojects,accordingtothePlanningDepartmenttodeterminedesignconditions,withintheframeworkofthiscontractshallbegovernedbyinternaladministrativeofficeandlivingfacilitiesoffloorspaceareashouldbenomorethan%,Nomorethansquaremetres,coversnomorethansquare.Assigneeagreenottolethomes,expertbuildings,builtwithinthescopeofunproductivefacilitiessuchashotels,guesthousesandtrainingcentres;

（B）contractforconstructionofresidentialprojects,accordingtotheconditionsdeterminedbythemanagementplanningandconstructionplanningconstruction,residentialconstructionwithinthescopeofthiscontractissubjecttototalnumberofnotlessthanSet.Amongthem,anareaof90squaremetreshousingnumbernotlessthan,setsrequirementsforhousingconstruction.Underthiscontractwithinanareaof90squaremetreshousingareaasaproportionofthetotalareaoflanddevelopmentandconstructionofnotlessthan%.Coveredunderthiscontracttosupportconstructionofaffordablehousing,low-renthousing,affordablehousingbytheGovernment,agreedtobytheassigneeunderthissubsectionaftertheconstructionwaystofulfil:

1．TransferredtotheGovernment;

2．RepurchasebytheGovernment;

3．AccordingtotheGovernment'saffordablehousingconstructionandsalesmanagementoftheimplementationoftherelevantprovisions;

   15thUnderthiscontract,theassigneeagreeswithintheconstructionofthefollowingprojectssupportingsynchronizationproject,anduponthecompletionofthetransferfreeofchargetotheGovernment:

   （A）；

   16thsectionAssigneeconstructionprojectsagreedtounderthiscontractyearmonthdaystartsbefore,Yearsmonthspriortothedateofcompletion.

Assigneecannotbestartedontime,inadvance30Thedayoftransferapplicationsfordeferringtheperson,asagreedbythetransferorofdeferring,deferredduetothecompletionoftheproject,butdeferringtheperiodshallnotexceedoneyear.

   17thUnderthiscontract,theassigneewhenbuilding,relatingtowater,gas,sewageandotherfacilitiesandmainline,theinterfaceandtheintroductionofelectrictransformersubstationproject,shouldbeinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.

   AssigneeagreesthattheGovernmentforthelayingofpipelinesandpipelineutilitiesneedaccess,adoption,casesshouldbeacross,butthisfunctionoflanduseshouldbeaffected,Governmentorpublicutilitiesconstructionshouldbegivenreasonablecompensation.

   The18tharticleAssigneeshall,inaccordancewiththecontractualvolumerateoflanduse,landuse,shallnotbeallowedtochange.Withinthetransferperiod,needtochangethelanduseofthiscontract,thepartiesagreedtoinaccordancewiththisarticleshallbehandled:

   （A）recoveredbythetransfereepaidrighttouseconstructionland;
