2）Inreimbursement,eachpartyshalladvisetheotherpartythatthecoverwascreditedtothelatter'saccountmaintainedwithanintermediarybank.Inthecaseof"T/T"orS.W.I.F.T.,eachpartyshalladvisetheotherpartybytelexorS.W.I.F.T.thatthecoverwaspaidinthesamemannerasabove.

2.Collections

1）Eachpartymaysendtheircollectionitemstotheotherpartywiththeinstructionstocredittheproceedstotheaccountoftheremittingbankmaintainedwiththeintermediarybank.

2）Collectionssentfrombothpartiesshallbesubjecttothe"UniformRulesforCollection（1978Revision）InternationalChamberofCommercePublicationNo.322"oritsrevision.

3.CommercialLettersofCredit

1）EachpartymayissueCommercialLettersofCreditdirectlyonanyoftheofficesconcernedincIudedinthearrangementsubjecttotheUniformCustomsandPracticeforDocumentaryCredits（1993Revision）,InternationalChamberofCommercePublicationNo.500.
