1.适应范围Scope
1.1本方案适应范围为2#地块住宅工程的主体模板施工。

1.2本方案施工程序包括模板设计、制作、支撑搭设、安装、固定、验收、模板拆除。

3.施工准备Mobilization
3.1施工用的模板、木料、钢管、扣件、脚手板、螺栓、托具、脱模剂等材料准备齐全;
3.1prepareshutteringofvarioussizeaccordingtotheshopdrawing,makeallties,struts,timberandscaffoldfittings.
3.2按设计要求提前做好模板设计、制作工作,按使用部位编号;

3.3工程的轴线、标高、断面尺寸、控制线弹好,并复核且符合要求;

4.工作流程Workprocess
4.1流程Process

4.2施工方法constructionmethod
4.2.1基本要求basicrequirement
模板采用木(竹)胶合板,支撑系统采用扣件式钢管脚手架或碗扣式钢管脚手架,所用材料应符合有关标准的要求。
安装前复核构件的断面尺寸线及控制线是否符合设计要求,封模部位清理干净,模板龙骨间距不大于300;满堂支架按要求设置纵横扫地杆、剪刀撑;模板每次使用时须彻底地清洁、修理、重新涂刷脱模剂;柱子模板的上、中、下三处采用钢管柱箍与满堂支架连接固定;混凝土浇筑前提前对模板进行湿润使其膨胀。
Plywoodwouldbeusedasshutteringpanel,tubeandcouplerfalsworkorbowellikeknobsscaffoldasitssupportsystem.Materialusedshouldmeetrelevantrequirement.Checkpriortoerectionofcomponentsforitssectionsizeandcontrollineinaccordancewithdesign.Distancebetweencentersofsecondarytimberbeamsshouldnotexceed300mm,lacingandbracingshouldbesetappropriatelyforoverallstabilityoffalsework.Whenequipmentandmaterialareusedagain,theyshouldbecleanedofdepositofsoil,concreteorothersuchunwantedmaterials,andplywoodappliedreleaseagent.Threesetsoftubularhoopsshouldbesetuniformlyalongthelengthofcolumn,whichareconnectedfirmlytoadjacenttubesofall-aroundscaffold,lastlyspraywatertowetsheathingmaterialpriortocasting.
4.2.2柱模板施工Formworkerectionforcolumn
4.2.2.1矩形柱Forrectangularsection
柱箍采用50×100木方和¢12对拉螺栓组成,柱断面尺寸600×300的柱箍间距350,上部间距适当加大;柱断面尺寸500×400的柱箍间距400,上部适当加大;柱断面500×200~300的柱箍间距450,上部适当加大;其他较小柱柱箍间距不大于600(示意图见附图1)。

4.2.2.2L型及T型柱ForsectionsofL-shapedandT-shaped
柱箍采用50×100木方和¢12对拉螺栓组成,按矩形柱加固,空缺部分在柱箍处加木块补齐。
边长650的L形柱柱箍间距300;边长500的L、T形柱箍间距450;其他较小断面的柱箍间距600(示意图见附图2和附图3)。

4.2.2.3圆柱Forcircularsection
圆柱模板采用木板条拼成,三合板内衬,钢管箍固定,间距不大于700,两箍间用扁钢箍加固(示意图见附图4)。

4.2.2梁模板施工Beamformworkinstallation
梁下支撑采用扣件式钢管脚手架时,立杆纵距900,横距1000,设纵、横扫地杆,纵、横水平步距1200,梁下小横杆间距450,梁下扣件采用双扣件或支托;一层如支撑在回填土上(夯实),立杆下部铺脚手板,所有跨度大于5m的梁的拱腹应按2‰起拱。
