樱桃性状描述

DESCRIPTORLISTFORCHERRY

TheIBPGRnowusesthefollowingdefinitionsingeneticresourcesdocumentation:

i）passport（accessionidentifiersandinformationrecordedbycollectors）;

ii）characterization（consistsofrecordingthosecharacterswhicharehighlyheritable,canbeeasilyseenbytheeyeandareexpressedinallenvironments）;

iii）preliminaryevaluation（consistsofrecordingalimitednumberofadditionaltraitsthoughtdesirablebyaconsensusofusersoftheparticularcrop）.

Characterizationandpreliminaryevaluationwillnormallybetheresponsibilityofthecurators,whilefurthercharacterizationandevaluationshouldbecarriedoutbytheplantbreeder.Thedatafromfurtherevaluationshouldbefedbacktothecropcoordinatorwhowillmaintainadatafile.

Thefollowinginternationallyacceptedstandardsforthescoringorcodingofdescriptorstatesshouldbefollowedasindicatedbelow:

a）measurementsaremadeinmetricunits;

b）manydescriptorswhicharecontinuouslyvariablearerecordedona1-9scale.Theauthorsofthislisthavesometimesdescribedonlyaselectionofthestates,e.g.3,5and7forsuchdescriptors.Wherethishasoccurredthefullrangeofcodesisavailableforusebyextensionofthecodesgivenorbyinterpolationbetweenthem-e.g.in8.（Pestanddiseasesusceptibility）1=extremelylowsusceptibilityand8=hightoextremelyhighsusceptibility;

c）presence/absenceofcharactersarescoredas+（present）and0（absent）;

d）fordescriptorswhicharenotgenerallyuniformthroughouttheaccession（e.g.mixedcollection,geneticsegregation）meanandstandarddeviationcouldbereportedwherethedescriptoriscontinuousormeanand'x'wherethedescriptorisdiscontinuous（frequenciescanberecordedintheNOTESdescriptor,11）;

e）whenthedescriptorisinapplicable,'0'isusedasthedescriptorvalue.Forexample,ifanaccessiondoesnotformflowers,a'0'wouldbescoredforthefollowingdescriptor
