管理一屋子的学前儿童就像放牧一群猫一样。

对老师来说是个挑战,但是也值得老师付出精力去做好。

成功使儿童融入课堂的经历具有以下几个特征:

•激活背景知识

•培养主动研究

•提升群体互动

•鼓励相互合作

•允许多样选择

•富含游戏和幽默

•支持主动掌控

•培养独立思考

•不让儿童等待

基于以上成功使儿童融入课堂行为的特征,老师们应该利用多种课堂融入策略,巧妙地促进以上特征的进行。

下面是我们可以利用的一些课堂融入策略:

1.做好充分课前准备。

在学前班里,毫无安排的等待是绝对要避免的。

哪怕是你停下来找蜡笔的时间,这些精力充沛的小精灵们都可能闹翻天。

确保在上课前已经准备好了所有要用到的材料,备课充分。

期待儿童安静做好耐心等待是不明智的。

2.固定一个长期使用的吸引注意力的信号。

当你需要吸引他们的注意力的时候,不妨用一个信号和提示。

你可以数到三或者拍几下手掌等。

持续地使用这个信号,儿童们慢慢就会学会停下手头的事情按你的要求来做。

这个策略可以快速让儿童安静下来,让课堂任务顺利进行。

3.充满热情地去教。

儿童从来不喜欢声音单调的老师。

他们喜欢变化和生动的人物。

因此无论你是在给儿童讲一个有趣的故事还是只是教他们平白的单词,表现出你的热情和活力,让你的课堂生动起来。

儿童会发挥他们的想象跟随你的思路,并进行自我的创造。

同时在讲课时考虑到儿童注意力持续时间的现实,也有必要简短生动的来讲课。

4.让每个儿童都参与。

儿童参与的情况下会比不参与的情况下更好地记住这个故事。

假如你在给儿童讲故事,你可以让他们适时的发出故事中某个动物或者情形下的声音。

你也可以教他们重复一些关键的短语,或者表演相应的动作。

儿童参与的越多,他们引起的麻烦就越少,而且更为重要的是,他们学到得、收到启发得就越多。

5.给合作意识不强的儿童一个角色或任务。

让合作意识不强的儿童也参与进课堂需要耐心和爱心。

你可以请他们帮你做一些他们力所能及的事情。

从中他们会得到自豪感和身为助手的成就感。

你也可以叫他们的名字或者让他们挨着你坐。

有时,这些儿童只不过是需要一点额外的关注而已。

总之,课堂融入策略不但可以让老师引起儿童的兴趣来学习必要的技能和知识,而且儿童们也体会到了融入学习的乐趣,这对于儿童来说是一份终生的礼物。
