SecretaryofStateCondoleezzaRicearrivedThursdayintheMiddleEastinanefforttocontinuethepeaceprocessbegunayearago.IsraeliandPalestinianofficialshavesetagoaltoreachapeaceagreementbytheendofthisyear.ButthatnowappearsunlikelyasIsraelpreparesfornewelectionsinFebruary.
