KingTutankhamun,calledKingTutforshort,probablybeganrulingEgyptin1333BCwhenhewasonlyabouteightyearsold.Tenyearslater,theyoungrulerdied.
TheEgyptiansburiedKingTutinatombcarvedintorockycliffs.ThecliffswereinanareapeoplenowcalltheValleyoftheKings.ManyPharaohs(法老),orEgyptiankings,duringKingTut’stimechosetobeburiedinhiddentombsinthisvalley.Theydidn’twantthievestorobtreasuresintheirgraves.
