幼儿园传染病防治工作实施方案

泽普县幼儿园关于加强甲型H1N1流感防控

卫生监督工作实施方案

为加强幼儿园甲型H1N1流感防控工作，了解和掌握幼儿园防范措施的落实情况，根据泽科教系统党发【2009】34号《关于做好当前维稳、甲型H1N1流感防控等工作的紧急通知》文件精神、泽卫字【2009】128号《关于转发自治区卫生厅、教育厅〈关于对学校、托幼机构开展甲型H1N1流感防控工作检查指导的紧急通知〉的通知》文件精神和喀署卫传字,2009,204号《喀什地区卫生局关于加强学校甲型H1N1流感防控卫生监督工作的紧急通知》文件精神的要求，切实加强幼儿园甲型H1N1流感防控卫生监督工作，根据幼儿园实际，特制定方案如下:

一、指导思想

以实践“三个代表”和贯彻十七大及十七届三中全会精神，从维护全园广大师生身体健康和生命安全、幼儿园和社会稳定出发，组织本园做好防控甲型H1N1流感、呼吸道等传染病的再次发生，防止幼儿食物中毒事件发生，积极与卫生部门紧密协作，搞好各项预防措施，落实各项预防工作，加强疫情监测，全面掌握疫情动态，坚决控制和阻断疫情在幼儿园的扩散和蔓延。

二、成立泽普县幼儿园甲型H1N1流感、呼吸道等传染病防治工作领导小组

工作小组负责领导我园日常防治工作及处理突发事件。

定期每周召开一次工作会议，听取总务处、保健室汇报一周园内防治工作情况。

校园内出现紧急情况领导小组应及时作出处理，指导园内预防工作的落实，并进行检控和监督。

三、工作措施

（一）、园领导高度重视甲型H1N1流感、呼吸道防控卫生监督工作，为认真细致的做好此项工作，迅速组织园医务室工作人员加强对甲型H1N1流感防控工作进行周密布署，亲自进班对甲型H1N1流感防控工作情况进行监督检查，切实将幼儿园甲型H1N1流感防控工作的各项措施落到实处。

（二）、监督检查工作重点

1、立即建立有效、规范、有序的甲型H1N1流感防控工作程序;建立健全甲型H1N1流感防控工作制度、包括疫情报告、传染病人处理及隔离消毒制度、健康教育制度及幼儿体检制度。

2、园内设置甲型H1N1流感报告人，开展晨检、午检和健康教育工作。

3、幼儿室内活动区进行全天开窗通风，每日幼儿离园后及时对室内进行消毒。

保健医每日对各班落实的情况进行检查。

（三）、加强宣传力度，防治工作深入人心。

1、加强健康教育的宣传力度。

防内容，纳入我园健康教育工作范围，通过黑板报、广播等多种形式宣传传染病防治知识，开展健康教育，引导师生正确认识传染病，增强自我保护意识，培养幼儿养成良好的个人卫生习惯，消除紧张和恐惧心理。

各班要普遍开展一次预防传染病的健康教育主题活动。

要利用家长会、家长学校等形式，向家长讲解预防甲型H1N1流感传染病知识和要求，建立家园互动的传染病防控机制。

2、保健室两周一期墙报;由保健室供稿，广播室于每天早操以后播出有关防治传染病知识，并在每日动态中，要报导园内每天晨检情况。

3、印刷宣传单，张贴《园内预防AP工作指引》及《告幼儿家长信》，发至每生及每位家长人手一份，配合我园做好防治传染病工作。

4、提供充足的消毒材料，保证预防工作的需要。

要为每个班级配备体温计及消毒液等预防工具和材料。

（四）、切实将防治工作落到实处。

1、坚持每天晨检、午检制度，由各班班主任在早餐、午餐、午点时对全班幼儿进行检查、询问，将登记好的情况报保健室。

对缺勤的幼儿做好考勤登记，由班主任负责调查了解缺勤原因。

保健室按泽普县卫生局、教育局要求，每天填报甲型H1N1流感防控报表，将相关信息上报教育局。

2、建立监控管理制度。

保健室每天将幼儿就诊情况做好登记，对每天发热的人数、名单。

所在班级登记后，做好病情追踪检查。

以上的须到医院就诊。

县城幼儿有发热经医院确诊排除传染病的让其家长接回休息，退热后休息一周才可回园上课。

城郊外幼儿，有发热须到医院检查确诊，排除传染病则须入住本园隔离室，一天三次由保健室量体温，进行病情追踪治疗，直至痊愈。

对暑假从外地返回的教职工和幼儿，进行监控，一旦发现身体异常，要及时进行隔离并送指定医院就治。

3、搞好园内环境卫生，坚持每周周末园内大搞卫生制度，每周周末中午各班由班主任负责搞好幼儿宿舍、活动室卫生，总务室派出老师进行检查合格后才可让家长接幼儿。

4、坚持每天园内课室、午休室喷药消毒制度。

午休室由每班三位教师负责喷药消毒，餐桌用消毒水擦抹，喷洒地面;用漂白水清洗厕所，擦抹公共场地。

每天下午4:

30分上课时间保育员对午休室进行喷药消毒。

活动室、卫生间等由总务室派人负责喷药消毒，时间为每天下午7:

45分幼儿放学后进行。

幼儿园餐饮消毒室每天对各班幼儿餐具消毒碗柜消毒，洗碗池用消毒水擦抹，喷洒地面;用漂白水清洗厕所，擦抹公共场地。

5、园内玩具是人群密集的地方，必须做好卫生消毒工作，每天坚持喷药，且用一定比例的消毒水擦抹，由幼儿园总务室指定人员负责。

6、每两周用药物蒸熏一次午休室、活动室。

每两周联系防疫站进行一次全园喷药灭蚊、灭蝇绿化除虫工作。

7、加强幼儿园食堂饮食饮水卫生管理，确保幼儿集体用餐的卫生安全。

理规定》的要求，对食堂工作人员进行一次严格的培训，作出具体要求，按照有关规定进行规范操作，加强餐具和炊具的消毒工作，严防食物中毒和经食物传播其它疾病。

食堂对禽类产品的采购要严加管理，不得采购已死亡或有病的禽类产品，加工禽类产品必须经过高温煮熟后才能出售。

同时，加强饮用水卫生的管理，每天必须保证向幼儿提供合格充足的饮用水，防止肠道传染病的发生，食堂用具用消毒碗柜消毒，大型餐具用漂白水浸泡;。

8、积极开展园内爱国卫生运动，对园内环境卫生进行彻底整治。

要组织开展“整治环境、清洁校园”活动，齐心协力抓好校园环境卫生和除“四害”工作，要彻底消除幼儿园“脏、乱、差”问题以及卫生死角，做到室内清洁、空气畅通，窗明门净、桌椅物品摆放整齐;食堂地面及台面无油迹、污迹;厕所无异味，地面无积水。

9、每天各班值日老师必须检查午休室、活动室是否有开窗通气。

10、办公室楼道由后勤管理小组负责做好每天喷药消毒，有情况及时报告。

四、经费投入。

所有购买宣传品和消毒药品，预防用药、用品款项全部由园内保教经费支出，不收取幼儿任何费用。

五、坚持疫情报告制度，建立责任追究制。

1、坚持疫情“日报告”制度。
