Somebusinessesprovideflexibleworkinghoursandday-carecentersinthebuilding,butmostdo

not.Anumberofwomenarechoosingtodropoutoftheworkforceandstayathomewiththeir

children,ortofindworktheycandoathome.Inspiteoftheidealofequalityofopportunity,
