1.Projectprofile
1.1Location:
TheprojectislocatedineastandwestcoastofDemerara,eastEssequiboandCorentyne,andeastBerbice.AllthejobsitesshallbeintheGuyananorthcoastalarea.
1.2Climaticenvironment:
Thesiteishotandhumid,saltyair,inequatortype,withconstanthighhumidity,littlechangeoftemperature,maximumambientshadingtemperatureof34℃andminimumambientshadingtemperatureof20℃.
1.3Constructionscope
1.3.1Theprojectcoversdesign,materialsupply,andconstructionof69KVelectrictransmissionlineand69/13.8KVsubstation,includingdistributionfeederandsupervisorycontrol anddataacquisition(SCADA)system,where,fourofthesubstationsarenewlybuilt(KuruKururu,CanalNo.2,Parika,andWilliamsburg)andsixaresubjecttoreorganizationandexpansion(Vreed-en-Hoop,Edinburgh,Kingston,ExistingSophia,GardenofEdenandNo.53Village).
1.3.2Theprojectdesign,construction,manufacture,supply,test,export,shipment,transport,insuranceofdeliverytosite,packaging,on-siteunloading,equipmentinstallation,spraying,test,debugging,andnormaloperationareincluded.
2.Constructionpreparation
2.1Theprojectwillsetuptheprojectmanagerdepartmentastheactualconstructiondemandtomanagetheprojectinacomprehensivewayfortheentireprocess,withinvolvementofallstaff.Theprojectmanagerdepartmentwillsettheinstallationengineeringdepartment,civilengineeringdepartment,safetyqualitydepartment,contractingdepartment,materialspurchasingdepartment,financingdepartment,generaloffice,translationroom,referenceroom,andmachineryteam.Theorganizationchartisasfollows:

2.4Equipmenttransportation
Themainmaterialtransformeristheheavy-typeequipment,freeofstrenuousvibrationwithinclinationnomorethan150,sothecompanyproposestouse100Telectricalhydraulicjackforunloading.
1)Erectingtheunloadingplatform
Accordingtothetransformerinstallationposition,andwidthandheightofthetransformerflatbed,thesleepersareusedtoerectthelandingplatform,consistentwithtransversalcenterlineofthetransformerfoundation.
2)Parking
Thelarge-sizedmotortractorfortransportingthetransformerisparkedinthespecifiedlocation,sothatthetransversalcenterlineofthetransformerontheflatbedcanbeconsistentwiththecenterlineoflandingplatform.
3)Jackingwork
Four100Telectricalhydraulicjacksareselected,respectivelysetinthetoppositionsonbothsidesofthetransformeroiltank.Eachjackisevenlystressed,withsteelpierorsleeperusedtoexpandthebearingsurfaceforthepanelbelowthetopposition,tomakethebearingforceevenlydistributed.
Duringjacking,fourjackingpointsonallsidesslowlyrisesynchronously,paddedwithblocksbyspecially-assignedperson,withjackingheightpertimenomorethan12cm.whenjackingisuptotheheightwherethrusterheavyrailcanenter,jackingstops;twothrusterspecialrailsareembeddedintothespacebetweentransformerbottomandunloadingplatform,fourslidingshoesaresetontherail,blocksarewithdrawn,andfinallythejackislowersdownsothatthetransformerslowlyandstablyfallsontotheslidingshoes.
4)Installingthethrusterandmovingthetransformer
Thethrusterisinstalledinplacesothattheclampcantightenthethrusterrailandpropelthetransformer;whenthethrusterispropelleduptothestrokelimit,theselectorvalveisoperatedtoloosentheclamp,sothatthepistonrodofthethrusterisretractedtowardstransformerandthentheclampbaseisbackhauled;theclampisthentightenedandthethrusterisoperatedtopropelthetransformer,whichshallbeperformedinacircularway,untilthetransformerisuptotheinstallationposition.
5)Transformerpositimerismovedabovethepositionedfoundation,andwhencenterlineofthetransformerbodyisconsistentwithitsinstallationdesigncenter,theelectricalhydraulicjackisusedtojackthetransformer,inordertoelevatethetransformer,withdrawtherail,andmakethetransformerfallingintothedesigninstallationpositionstably(oppositetothetransformerjackingoperation,nomorethan12cmforeachfalling.Blocksarefilledbythespecially-assignedperson),withtheplanlayoutfortransformerunloadingasshowninthefigurebelow:
