a)BeforerunningCSG,cuttheflowlineof18-5/8”wellheadwiththeheightequaltotheheightbetweentwoflangesonlandingbase(betweenthetopoflandingbaseandbottomflange).Forinstance,theheightofFMCis17.5”toensurethetopflangeoflandingbasewillleveltheground.Cuta4”diameterholebeneaththescarfingformudreturnduringsecondstagecementing.
b)HoldPJSM.ForemansummarizesthecasingrunningproceduresandsomeDos&Don’ts.
c)FillupfirstCSGw/watertocheckfloatshoetoverifyit’sunblocked.ThenrunCSGasprocedure,payattentiontofillupmudandDVPFRposition.
d)AfterCSGrunningtobottom,connectlandingjoint&landingbaseontotheCSGstringonrigfloor.Connectbottomflangeonthelandingbaseto18-5/8”CSG.Extracareshouldbegiventosideoutletsoflandingbase,ensuringtheirdirection/theypoint-E-W.Wheninstallinggatevalve,thehandwheelpointsnorth.ThisisanimmutableruleofSaudiAramco.
e)M/Ucirculationheadinv-doorinadvance.Lineuptocirculateincaseofencounteringdrag.Afterreachingbottom,circulateasrequired(CSGinsidevolume).Connectcementinglines.Preparefirststagecementwithnecessaryhosesandbends.
f)Checkbackflowafterfirststagecementing,dropplug(orbomb),pumpittosetDV.ThenCONTpumpingtoopencirculationport.Prepareforsecondstagecementing.
g)Circulateexcesswater&slurrytopitw/suctionpump.CONTpumpinguntilclearinannulus.Load/releaseclosingplug.DisplaceslurrytocloseDVtool.

d)Testproceduresandmethods:
Connectpressuretestingtoolsandlinesasperfigure1.Circulateandfillupw/waterabovethecup,thenstartP.T.

1)Whentestingblindram,backbreaksinglefromthecup,thenpumptestfromchokeline.

3.RIHandcheckstringinventory/depth.Recorddepthofcompression(thedepthofDVPKRorsomeremainedplug).Pressuretestw/waterto1500Psi(or300PsiasForemanrequired).DrillplugandDVPKRwiththeparameterasfollows:
20~30KLB,70RPMand80~90spmw/singlepump.
AfterdrillingoutofDV,pressuretestforcasingagain.
ContinueRIHtotagcementandchecktallytoconfirmdepthandrecordit.
Drillplugandaccessoriestill15′upperofFCandretest.
ContdrillingplugandFS,replacewaterw/mud.
4.AfterdrillingoutFSandcement,drill12-1/4″holewiththesameparametersthatdrillingtheplugtillreamerisoutofshoe.Thendrillwiththefollowingparameters:
45~50KLB,105~110RPMand65spmwithdoublepump.
5.12-1/4″section(2300~4100FT)isthemostcomplicatedintervalwhichincludedWASIAandSHUAIBA.
