d)Preparetoolsforrunning13-3/8”CSGasfollows:

13-3/8”CSGElevator,Slip(17pieces),singleelevator,CSGcirculationhead,WeatherfordCSGtong&CSGBushing.

e)M.U/P.U.landingjoint(withflange)&landingbase(onestage/primaryCSGhead)onpiperack.

f)ConnectDVPKRtoCSGasperForemanInstruction.

g)CheckTWO

(2)CAMERON2-1/16”gatevalves.

h)PrepareforN/UBOPandtestingtools.

8.Drill17-1/2”sectiontoCSGpoint:

9.RunCSGandcementing.

a)BeforerunningCSG,cuttheflowlineof18-5/8”wellheadwiththeheightequaltotheheightbetweentwoflangesonlandingbase(betweenthetopoflandingbaseandbottomflange).Forinstance,theheightofFMCis17.5”toensurethetopflangeoflandingbasewillleveltheground.Cuta4”diameterholebeneaththescarfingformudreturnduringsecondstagecementing.

b)HoldPJSM.ForemansummarizesthecasingrunningproceduresandsomeDos&Don’ts.

c)FillupfirstCSGw/watertocheckfloatshoetoverifyit’sunblocked.ThenrunCSGasprocedure,payattentiontofillupmudandDVPFRposition.

d)AfterCSGrunningtobottom,connectlandingjoint&landingbaseontotheCSGstringonrigfloor.Connectbottomflangeonthelandingbaseto18-5/8”CSG.Extracareshouldbegiventosideoutletsoflandingbase,ensuringtheirdirection/theypoint-E-W.Wheninstallinggatevalve,thehandwheelpointsnorth.ThisisanimmutableruleofSaudiAramco.

e)M/Ucirculationheadinv-doorinadvance.Lineuptocirculateincaseofencounteringdrag.Afterreachingbottom,circulateasrequired(CSGinsidevolume).Connectcementinglines.Preparefirststagecementwithnecessaryhosesandbends.

f)Checkbackflowafterfirststagecementing,dropplug(orbomb),pumpittosetDV.ThenCONTpumpingtoopencirculationport.Prepareforsecondstagecementing.

g)Circulateexcesswater&slurrytopitw/suctionpump.CONTpumpinguntilclearinannulus.Load/releaseclosingplug.DisplaceslurrytocloseDVtool.

Note:

AssigncertainpersontoobservereturningandnotifyDrillerintimetorecordandcalculateremainedreplacementvolumeandreturnedslurry.

10.N/UandTestBOP

a)Aftercementing,weldthebottomflangeoflandingbaseand18-5/8”CSG,blankoff4”port.NippleupBOPs.PrepareP.T.

b)AfternipplingupBOPs,functiontestandRIHtestcup(cuptester).OneortwostandsHWDPbelowcup.Therearetwotypesofcup:

FMCandGRAY.Theusagedependsoncasinghead.

c)Aramcopressureteststandard:

Lowpressure-300psi;highPressure-2500psi(2000psiforannularpreventer).Holdpressurefor5or10min(basedonForemaninstruction).Testannular,manualgatevalvesondrillingspool&HCR.Checkvalveonkilllineside,chokeline,blindram,piperamandcasinghead(w/2000psi),emergencykillline,chokemanifold,upperandlowerKellycock,insideBOP,FOSVetc.

d)Testproceduresandmethods:

Connectpressuretestingtoolsandlinesasperfigure1.Circulateandfillupw/waterabovethecup,thenstartP.T.

Note:

1)Whentestingblindram,backbreaksinglefromthecup,thenpumptestfromchokeline.

2)WhentestingCSGheadw/cuptester,runcupatthe60ftbelowCSGhead,thenpumppressurefromchokeorkillline.

3)UsespecialtestingsubtotestKellycock,insideBOPetc.

4)Whentestingchokemanifold,shoulddofromoutsidetoinside.

5)It’sforbiddentoreleasepressurefromwellheadaytime.

6)Aftercompletionthetesting,fillupthetestingsheet,handoveracopytoforemanwiththepressurecurvechart.TheoriginaldocumentssignedbyForemanshouldbekeptbyToolpusher.

12-1/4”Section(三开)

Drill12-1/4″Hole

1.Preparebit,reamer,bitbreaker,andBHA.

2.PU/MUBHAasfollows:

Bit+NBRR(withfloat+seat)+8-1/4″DC×2+reamer+8-1/4″DC×15+jar+8-1/4″DC×2+X.O+5″HWDP+5″DP

3.RIHandcheckstringinventory/depth.Recorddepthofcompression(thedepthofDVPKRorsomeremainedplug).Pressuretestw/waterto1500Psi(or300PsiasForemanrequired).DrillplugandDVPKRwiththeparameterasfollows:

20~30KLB,70RPMand80~90spmw/singlepump.

AfterdrillingoutofDV,pressuretestforcasingagain.

ContinueRIHtotagcementandchecktallytoconfirmdepthandrecordit.

Drillplugandaccessoriestill15′upperofFCandretest.

ContdrillingplugandFS,replacewaterw/mud.

4.AfterdrillingoutFSandcement,drill12-1/4″holewiththesameparametersthatdrillingtheplugtillreamerisoutofshoe.Thendrillwiththefollowingparameters:

45~50KLB,105~110RPMand65spmwithdoublepump.

5.12-1/4″section(2300~4100FT)isthemostcomplicatedintervalwhichincludedWASIAandSHUAIBA.

A.WASIAisawater-bearingformationandsomeshaleformationwillexpandafterabsorbingwaterfrom2600~3500FT.Usemudnotwatertodrillthissection.TheROPwillbeveryhighwit
