AnotherstudyfromtheUniversityofMontrealfoundthatchildrenwhoatewiththeirfamiliesexperiencelong﹣termphysicalandmentalhealthbenefits(好处).Thesechildrenwerephysicallyinbettershapeanddrankfewersugarysoftdrinks.Thesechildrenalsoseemedtohavebettersocialskillsandthey
