Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the talent loss in private enterprises.The concept of talent loss has had a long and varied history.
After we trace the history of the concept,we consider the reasons and countermeasures of brain drain in private enterprises.

1Introduction
The private economy is the most dynamic economic growth point
and the most active and advantageous economic element in regional economic development.With the continuous expansion of the scale of private enterprises and the continuous improvement of the market
economic system,the traditional private enterprise management system and management methods and concepts restrict the development of
private enterprises.In particular,the loss of key talents in small and medium-sized private enterprises is relatively serious.According to investigations,the rate of brain drain of private enterprises in recent years has reached more than30%,and the rate of brain drain of some
manufacturing companies has reached70%.Personnel and scientific and technical personnel are generally short-term at the company,usually2-3years,and the longest is only5years.Many private enterprises cry out that talent is hard to find and talent is hard to keep.Where is the crux of the brain drain of private enterprises?
This issue deserves our in-depth study.
2Reasons for Brain Drain in Private Enterprises
As for the reasons for the brain drain of private enterprises,I think it should be discussed from three aspects:
the internal management system of private enterprises,the quality of private enterprises,and the corporate culture of private enterprises.
2.1Irrational Management System Internal Management Confusion
The internal management system of private enterprises is incomplete,internal management is chaotic,there is no basic system,and the
organizational structure is unreasonable,which leads to confusion among employees.They do not know what to do in order to meet the
requirements of the enterprise.Because there is no clear working standard,even if employees work hard,it is difficult to obtain recognition.Some private enterprises also have rapid development due to their businesses.
The enterprises are changing every day.The goal of the operation is how to do a good job and make the business bigger.As for internal enterprise management,it can be used before it can be used.As a result,many
systems are not yet established and established.Many things are mainly ruled by people,and they lack the rules and regulations of writing.Or even if there are some regulations,in practice people do not pay attention to it.To do things is simply too simple and straightforward.The work is still old habits of a small scale,and it is a bit far from the modern enterprise management system.In particular,the company’s pay
performance appraisal system is not perfect,which seriously affects the value of key talents.A considerable number of companies implement primitive family-style management.In terms of wages,benefits,and
benefits,family members are always higher than outsiders,even though these people's management,production,sales,and other series of
performance are not as good as outsiders.The obvious sign of modern enterprises is that the system is perfect.However,due to the
aforementioned reasons for the management of private enterprises,these not only severely constrain the development of the enterprise,but also cause the key talents of the enterprise to jump in due to lack of recognition,thus demonstrating the loss of private enterprise talents.The phenomenon is serious.
2.2Improve the quality of business owners
Entrepreneurship cannot be established with the development of the enterprise.Private entrepreneurs cannot improve their own quality,and they still maintain the kind of work habits and style at the time of starting a business.The primary symbol of entrepreneurship is the spirit of innovation.However,all the success of the company is attributed to its own personal or family contribution.It is believed that the reason why the company has today is that all of them have made it out of their own hands.
This is by no means a manifestation of modern entrepreneurship.As a result,individual talents and individual contributions of key talents have been neglected,and key talents have been unable to find a“satisfaction with self-fulfillment.”And working under paternalistic leadership,talents’ skills cannot be fully utilized and new skills cannot be learned.With opportunities for new experiences,the loss of talent is inevitable.
2.3Insufficient communication with employees
