1Introduction

Icestorageair-conditioningistheCentralValleywillberedundantpowergridelectricityatnighttoformicecoldstorage,electricityconsumptionpeakduringthedaywhentheicewillmelttoprovideair-conditioningservices.AsinmostpartsofChina'selectricityatnightismuchlowerthanduringtheday,usingicecoldstoragecentralairconditioningcansignificantlyreducetheuser'soperatingcosts.

 Icestoragecentralair-conditioningsystemconfigurationofequipmentthanconventionalair-conditioningsystemtoincreasethenumberandrequireahigherdegreeofautomation,butitautomaticallytomeettherequirementsoftheair-conditionedbuildingsthroughoutthedayundertheconditionsofthedaywillbewithalltheenergyspent,thelargestAtleasttosaveoperatingcosts.

2Controlsystem.

Controlsystemfromthenextcrew(thescenecontrolworkstations)andPC(centralmanagementworkstations),withthecrewusingprogrammablelogiccontroller(PLC)andtouchscreen,PCusingindustrial-gradecomputersandprinters,systemconfigurationnecessaryiftheannexCommunicationsequipmentinterfacecards,modems,etc.,toachievetheparametersofthestoragesystemandautomaticintelligentrun.

      Thecrewatthesceneandtouch-screensystemcancontrolparametersettingsanddata.PCremotemanagementandprinting,whichincludesthecrewandallthefeaturestouchscreen.FollowingthesystemasawholecrewoftheindustrialPLCasthecore,theautomatedcontrol.Controlequipmentanddevicesinclude:

      SIMATICS7-300seriesPLCappliedtoallwalksoflifeandvariousoccasionsinthedetection,monitoringandcontrolofautomation,itspowertoboththeindependentoperationof,orconnectedtoanetworkabletoachievecomplexcontrol.

      Thephotoelectricproductswithisolation,highelectromagneticcompatibility;havehighindustrialapplicability,allowingtheambienttemperatureof60℃;hasstronganti-jammingandanti-vibrationandimpactresistance,soinaharshworkingenvironmenthasbeenwidelyApplications.

      IalsomeanfreedomofcommunicationS7-300typePLC'saveryuniquefeature,whichallowsS7-300-PLCcandealopenlywithanyothercommunicationsequipment,communicationscontroller,orPLCS7-300typecanbedefinedbytheuser'sownCommunicationsprotocol(oftheagreementASCII),thebaudrateto1.5Mbit/s(adjustable).Sothatcangreatlyincreasethescopeofcommunicationssothatthecontrolsystemconfigurationmoreflexibleandconvenient.Ofanykindwithaserialinterfaceperipherals,suchas:

2.2.2WINCCsoftwareplatform

 WINCCsoftwareinthefieldofautomationcanbeusedforalltheoperators’controlandmonitoringtasks.Canbecontrolledintheprocessoftheeventsclearlyshow,andshowsthecurrentstatusandorderrecords,therecordeddatacanshowallorselectsummaryform,ormayberequiredforediting,printingandoutputstatementsandtrends.

3Thecontroloficestoragesystem

3.1controlobjectives,scopeandmainlycontrolledequipment

 StoragecontrolsystemcontrolObjective:

Tohosttherefrigeration,icestoragedevices,plateheatexchanger,andthesystempumps,coolingtowers,pipelinecontrolvalvesystemtocontrolandadjusticestoragesystemofthestatusoftheoperationmode,inthemosteconomicalCircumstancestotheterminaltoprovideastablewatertemperature.Atthesametime,improvethelevelofautomationandimprovethemanagementefficiencyandreducemanagementlaborintensity.

Controloftheentireicestoragesystems,includingtheparametersofstate,stateandcontrolequipment,themaincontrolequipmentare:

thestatusofhostduplex,electricalvalves,coolingtowers,coolingpumps,icestoragedevices,theprimaryglycolpump,plateheatexchanger,andSub-glycolpumps.
