第一章编制依据

第二章工程概况
第一节工程概况及地理位置
1.**为一现状桥梁,B2桥为两跨盖板涵,台身及基础为浆砌片石结构,基础受洪水冲击出现缺陷,台后塌方泥土流失;B6桥为11孔土路面石拱桥,墩台基础为浆砌片石扩大基础。
7、8号桥墩迎水面受洪水冲击,断面毁损已经接近50%,桥面坑洼不平,拱圈及墩身出现松散现象。
2.*******镇境内,本工程为景区内道路,桥梁为跨越天然排洪小溪和**湖泄洪主河流。
第二节维修设计标准
B2桥:
1、行车速度:
15km/h。
2、设计荷载:
公路Ⅱ级折减(折减系数为0.8)。
3、设计基准期:
100年。
4、结构环境类别:
Ⅱ类
5、行车道:
单车道。
6、限载:

B6桥:

第三章施工部署
第一节人员组织
1
根据本工程的特点,结合我单位进行类似工程的丰富经验,公司将安排一个有专业石匠、风钻工、模板工、混凝土工和钢筋工的专业队伍。
指派有相关经验的施工技术人员现场精心管理和指导。
在项目部的领导下投入施工生产。
项目领导本着对业主负责对社会负责的态度,确保相邻单位和配套工程的道路畅通,服从建设单位及现场监理的管理,从严控制工程质量,同时抓好安全生产和文明施工,责任到人,实行目标管理,精心组织施工,以一流的质量回报业主。
以一个整体素质优良、质量进度意识强、经营管理水平高的形象展开对本工程的组织、指挥。
要求施工作业人员具有工种上岗证和相应的岗位职称,有胜任本工程管理的能力承担工程施工任务。
在项目经理的领导下,各岗位人员分工明确,责任明确。
第二节施工准备
1.根据工程进度计划、工程量、施工现场实际情况,做好人员、机械设备及物料进场工作,班组操作人员必须经过培训方可上岗,特殊工种操作人员持证上岗。
2.施工前项目总工组织施工技术员、质量检查员、测量员、安全员等有关人员认真熟悉施工图纸及有关技术资料,结合现场实际情况掌握施工的重点、难点,提出设计中存在的问题,为图纸自审、会审做好准备。
3.施工前技术负责人向操作人员详细技术交底,使全体操作人员领会设计意图,明明白白操作。
4.必须熟悉技术规范、标准及施工方法。
5.提前进行原材料的采样送检试验,为施工中的材料供应奠定基础。
第三节材料用量计划
垫层级配碎石(砂砾)、片石、钢筋、混凝土、水泥等在开工前十天洽谈妥善,并在开工前三天将水泥、石料、钢筋进入现场。
据现场调查,已对B2、B6桥维修工程数量做了汇总,请各有关方面人员核实,以便于采购和对施工班组发包。

第五节主要施工机具计划

并配齐了生产施工过程中部分机械的易损备件,保证各类机械运转处于良好状态。

第四章施工工艺、方法和技术
第一节处理方案
1.B2桥根据设计提出的桥梁现状病害,桥维修内容如下:
(1)新增桥面板跨越涵洞,搁置于原旧板上,增强结构均衡受力。
(2)台后护砌段重新砌筑,设置锥坡,增加河道铺砌层。
(3)对墩台身重新勾缝。
(4)清除桥梁范围内杂物。

(5)加强桥梁范围内排水工作。
2.B6桥根据设计提出的桥梁现状病害,桥维修内容如下:
(1)更换桥面填料。
(2)对拱圈孔洞进行注浆加固,勾缝均进行重新施工,拱圈下表面进行抹面。
(3)对墩台身注浆加固,重新勾缝。
(4)对墩台基础重新注浆后,设置整体基础。
(5)硬化河道,增设桥台锥坡。
(6)河道迎水侧设置防护体。
第二节维修材料及指标
1.混凝土
C35砼:
桥面板、栏杆座。

钢筋:
HPB300钢筋应符合国家标准《钢筋混凝土用钢-热轧光圆钢筋》(GB1499.1-2008)的规定,HRB400钢筋应符合国家标准《钢筋混凝土用钢-热轧带肋钢筋》(GB1499.2-2007)的规定。
钢板:
应采用《碳素结构钢》(GB/T700-2006)规定的Q235-B钢板。
3.浆砌片石
M7.5浆砌片石:
锥坡,石材强度等级为MU30。
4.注入水泥原浆

.墩台基础处理1)处理原则(1a加强墩台基础的整体性。
减少水流对基础的冲刷。
b不减少过桥断面的过水面积。
c应减少对原结构损伤。
d扩大基础加固
(2)施工步骤如下:
a1)施工围堰,排水;河道清理、整平硬化减少流水阻力;)基础表面的松散砂浆、浮渣、杂物等清洗干净;缝隙内部未能清洗部位用高25
压水枪冲洗。
3)对裂缝处填筑合适大小块石,并采用快速凝固防水砂浆进行外层封闭处理;
4)采用小孔道注浆法对基础加固;
5)墩台基础采用C35片石混凝土连成整体。
b材料要求
1)片石石材要求结构密实、质地均匀、不易风化且其抗压强度不低于30MPa,片石的尺寸不小于15~25cm,其中一边应大于30cm。
2)砂浆强度不低于M10;
3)水泥应采用高品质的强度等级为42.5的硅酸盐水泥。
c施工工艺
1)小孔道注浆
对处理范围内裂缝进行普查并对裂缝宽度、长度及裂缝数量进行标记和记录。
墩台为砌体结构,结构较为松散,采用小孔道低压注浆加固。
在墩台钻25~38mm小孔,横向间距90~120cm。
小孔道为低压注浆0~0.5MPa,仅在孔道注浆量小时,可适当采取加压措施,但是最大出口压力应小于0.8MPa。
为了达到较好的加固效果,每个注浆孔应分2~3
次间歇注浆,注浆间歇时间取45分钟,注浆过程中应随时注意注浆压力的变化。
注浆过程中出现注浆终止条件中的一条,就可以终止注浆工序:
Ⅰ、注浆稳定压力达到设计要求,可终止。
Ⅱ、注浆孔附近砌缝开始大量冒浆,或附近注浆孔开始出现喷浆现象,在出现上述现象后,经间歇反复3~5次注浆仍存在,可终止。
2)片石基础施工
原来部分基础未连接成整体,新增片石混凝土将原基础连接成一个整体,片石掺入量不超过混凝土体积的20%,片石应具体抗风化及抗侵蚀性。
