I.excavatorsdriversshallcomplywiththegeneralsafetytechnicalregulations.

Two,excavatorbeforework,shoulddothefollowingpreparatorywork:

1,understandtheconstructionconditionsandtaskstotheconstructionstaff.Thecontentsincludetheheightanddepthofexcavation,theheightofslopesandwires,undergroundcables,pipelines,tunnels,gravesandvariousobstructions.Aftertheexcavatorentersthesite,thedrivershallcomplywiththerelevantsafetyregulationsattheconstructionsite.

2whenexcavatorsworkinstonysoilorfrozenground,blastingshouldbecarriedoutbeforeexcavation.

3,accordingtoroutinemaintenanceproject,excavatorinspection,maintenance,adjustment,fastening.

4,checkfuel,lubricatingoil,coolingwaterissufficient,shouldbeaddedwhennotenough.Donotsmokeorapproachopenflamewhenaddingfuel,soasnottocausefire.

5.Checkwhethertheinsulationandswitchcontactsaregood.

6、checkthehydraulicsystemofeachpipeandoperationvalve,workcylinder,oilpump,etc.whetherthereisleakage,theactionisunusual.

7.Checkwhethertheclipsofthewireropeandthefixedwire

ropearefirmandreliable.

Three,excavatorsintheworkshouldpayattentiontothefollowingsafetymatters:

1,excavatorworkshouldbeparkedinasolid,flatground.Tireexcavatorshouldtakegoodleg.

2,theexcavatorworkshouldbeinahorizontalposition,andthewalkingmechanism.Ifthegroundismuddy,softandpronetosubsidence,useatieorboard.

3,bucketdiggingeachtimeeatingsoilshouldsnotbetoodeep,carrybucketnottoofierce,soasnottodamagethemachineryorcauseoverturningaccident.Whenthebucketfalls,becarefulnottoimpactthetrackandframe.

4,withtheexcavatoroperation,forthebottom,level,sloperepairpersonnel,mustworkwithintheradiusoftheexcavator.Ifyoumustworkintheradiusofexcavator,excavatormuststoprotating,andtherotatingmechanismafterthebrakescanwork.

Atthesametime,thecrewshouldtakecareofeachotherandcooperatecloselytoensuresafety.

5,withinthescopeofexcavatorloading,shallnotstopvehiclesandpedestrians.Ifyouunloadthecar,thecarshouldwaituntilthedriverhasstopped.Thedrivercanturnthebucketandunloadthecarafterleavingthecab.Whenturning,thebucketshallbeavoidedasfaraspossiblefromthetopofthecab.Whenunloading,thebucketshouldbeloweredasfaraspossible,butitshallnotbeallowedtocollideanypartofthecar.

6,whentheexcavatorrotates,theuseofrotaryclutch,withtherotatingmechanism,brakerotationsmoothly,prohibitsharprotationandemergencybraking.

7,beforethebucketdoesnotleavetheground,shallnotdorotation,walkingandotheroperations.Whenthebucketisfullofvacant,itshallnotlift,boomandwalk.

8,pullshoveloperation,whenthefullshovel,shallnotcontinuetoshovel,topreventoverload.Whenpulling,digging,trenching,ditch,foundationpitandsoon,theyshouldconsultwiththeconstructionpersonnelaccordingtothedepth,soilquality,slopeandsoontodeterminethedistanceofthemechanicalslope.

9,backhoearmoperation,mustbestoppedshoveling,preventthebuckethandleandarmgrooveonbothsidesmutuallyimpact.

10,crawlerexcavatormoving,thearmshouldbeplacedinthe

directionofwalkingforward,thebucketfromthegroundheightofnotmorethan1meters.Andstoprotatingmechanism.

11,whentheexcavatoruphill,thedrivewheelshouldbeintheback,thearmshouldbeon;whentheexcavatordownhill,thedrivewheelshouldbeinfront,thearmshouldbebehind.Theupperandlowerslopesshallnotexceed20degrees.Downhillshouldbeslowrunning,nospeedchangeandneutralslidingontheway.Whentheexcavatorpassesthroughthetrack,thesoftsoilandtheclaypavement,thepaddingshallbelaid.

12,inthehighworkingsurfaceminingofgranularsoil,shouldworkinthefaceoflargestonesandotherdebriscleared,soasnottofalldown,causingaccidents.Ifthesoildugintothesuspendedstatebutnotthenaturalcollapse,usingartificialprocessing,arenotallowedtousethebucketdownorunderpressure,inordertoavoidtheaccident.

13,theexcavator,whetheritistheoperationorwalking,maynotbeclosetooverheadtransmissionlines.Thesafetydistancebetweenthemachineryandtheoverheadlinesmustbeconsistentwiththedimensionsspecifiedintheschedule.Inthunderstormweather,itisstrictlyprohibitedtoworknearorbelowoverheadlines.

14,inthevicinityofundergroundcablework,wemustfindoutthedirectionofthecable,andwhitepowderontheground,andshouldbekept1metersawayfromtheexcavation.

15,shouldnotbetoohastyturningwalkingexcavator.Ifthecurveistoolarge,itshouldbesplitturn,eachwithin20degrees.

16,thetireexcavatorduetothesteeringvanepumpflowisproportionaltotheenginespeed,whentheenginespeedislow,thespeedofthecorrespondingslowdown,drivingintheturningshouldpayspecialattentionto.Especiallyinthedownhillandsharpturn,shouldbereplacedwithlowgearinadvance,toavoidtheuseofemergencybraking,resultinginasharpreductioninenginespeed,sothatthesteeringspeedcannotkeepup,resultinginaccidents.

17.Whenthepowershovelisconnectedtothepowersupply,thebreakerontheswitchboxmustbetakenout.Nonelectricalpersonnelarestrictlyprohibitedtoinstallelectricalequipment.Whenmovingtheexcavator,themobilecableshouldbemovedbythestaffwhowearpressurerubbershoesorinsulatinggloves.Andpayattentiontoprotectthecablefromleakage.

18,excavatorsinthework,strictlyprohibitedmaintenance,maintenance,fasteningandsoon.Incaseofabnormalsound,peculiarsmellandtemperaturerise,theparkingshouldbecheckedimmediately.

Seven,theexcavatorloadingandunloadingvehicle,shouldbeexperiencedcraneinstallationcommand.Inthecourseofloadingandunloading,theexcavatorisprohibitedtoturnorturnontheramp.Ifadangeroussituationoccursduringloading,

thebucketcanbelowereddowntoassistthebrake,andthentheexcavatorslowlyretreats.

Safetyoperationrules

1,crawlerexcavatoroperatorsmustundergospecialtraining,thecompetentdepartmentassessment,andreceiveanoperatingpermit,thepartymustdrive.

2,theoperationofhydraulicexcavatorsshouldstrictlyabidebythe"People'sRepublicofChinaRoadTrafficManagementOrdinance.".

3,theexcavatorisnotallowedtooperatewithoutapermittooperate.

4,theoperationofexcavatorsmustbeenergetic,thoughtfocused,prohibitsmoking,diet,chatandotheractivitiesthataffectsafedriving;nodrunkenoperationexcavator.

5,theoperationofexcavators,inadditiontotheoperatoronduty,nootherpersonnelstandingorsittingonthebody.

6,whentheexcavator'sengineruns,nooneisallowedtoentertheslewingrange.

7,ontheexcavator,mustfaceequipmentandusestepsandhandrails,alwaysusethreepointupanddown,cannotjump.

8,cannotclimbonthesurfacenotusedforclimbing.

9,tocomplywiththethreeturningexcavatordrivingprovisions（slow,whistling,right）,themeetingshouldbecourteous"threefirst"（thefirstslow,let,thefirststoponthedownhill）;nocurve.

10,keeptheappearanceofexcavatorclean,strengthenequipmentroutinemaintenance,timelyeliminationofhiddentroubleandfault,nosafetyhazardandfaultequipment,ensureoperationsafety.

11,theuseofmovingarmtosupportthebody,itisstrictlyprohibitedtoworkunderthechassis.Ifnecessary,applythemattresstothereartodothework.

12,theexcavatorisshovelwork,inadditiontoloosesoil,itsworksurfaceshouldnotexceedthemaximumheightanddepthofthemachineperformancerequirements;backhoeoperation,excavatortracksfromthee
