作为文化的载体，文学作品如同一面镜子，真实地反映了产生作品的那个时代背景下的各种社会风俗习惯、社会价值观，将现实世界从不同角度悉数显现于读者眼中。

同时，又将存在于人们内心深处中的理想社会形态细腻而又巧妙地勾勒出来。

《仲夏夜之梦》作为欧洲文学巨匠莎士比亚的喜剧代表作，是在文艺复兴时期的人文主义思想和守旧的封建主义思想的斗争下孕育而生的。

然而，人们对美好事物的向往和对守旧落后思想观念的摒弃，使《仲夏夜之梦》以和谐美满的喜剧收场。

因此，通过《仲夏夜之梦》主题思想来探索两种文化主义思潮的冲突更具有代表性和说服力。

该论文将从《仲夏夜之梦》的主题思想作为切入口，运用比较分析法从人们的婚姻爱情观，情与礼和个性解放三个角度阐述《仲夏夜之梦》中人文主义和封建主义冲突的具体体现，从父辈与子辈、男性与女性、理想与现实的不同对立面分析两种主义的文化含义，旨在揭示现实社会中的人们对理性、仁慈、自由和“以人为本”的人文主义的追求，以期引起更多人的共鸣，来推动社会精神文明的建设。

一、选题的目的、意义及国内外研究动态：

目的和意义：

作为文化的载体，文学作品如同一面镜子，真实地反映了产生作品的那个时代背景下的各种社会风俗习惯和社会价值观，将现实世界从不同角度悉数显现于读者眼中。

《仲夏夜之梦》作为欧洲文学巨匠莎士比亚的喜剧代表作，是在文艺复兴时期新兴的人文主义思想和守旧的封建主义思想的斗争下孕育而生的。

本文拟通过对人文主义与封建主义的冲突进行对比分析，突显人文主义思潮的精华观念，继而使文化精髓得以充分继承，推进优良文化更好地发展。

国内外研究动态：

《仲夏夜之梦》蕴含了社会历史发展的二元对立产物——人

文主义和封建主义，无数中外学者对此进行过研究。

较之国内而言，人文主义是

西方文艺复兴时期的特色产物，当时戏剧文化达到了鼎盛时期。

国外学者都通过

舞台戏剧对《仲夏夜之梦》进行研究，大体分为两类：

一类是从主题思想出发，

另一类以意象（图案）为研究对象。

CharlesG.Nauert关于主题在评论中指出“剧

中大部分的冲突来源于浪漫的烦扰”。

ElizabethM.Nugent曾就剧中的意象分析《仲

夏夜之梦》，提出“梦”是梦想与现实的碰撞。

在国内，由于中国自身文化的博大

精深，一些国内学者把《仲夏夜之梦》与中国文化作品进行联系、对比，来体现

其中相同或者类似的主题思想。

如李聂海用《牡丹亭》与《仲夏夜之梦》作比较，

诠释情与理的矛盾；高璐把《西厢记》和《仲夏夜之梦》相联系，来展现对自由

爱情的赞美。

还有一些学者分析了《仲夏夜之梦》的喜剧性、思想特征以及艺术

手法，但是到目前为止，从《仲夏夜之梦》的主题思想入手深入研究人文主义与

封建主义的冲突的为数不多，譬如王爱琴的“人文主义与封建主义的冲突”只探

析了女主人公Hermia对其父亲Egneus包办婚姻产生的冲突以及雅典公爵Theseus

内心双重意识的矛盾。

因此，本文将以《仲夏夜之梦》中的主题思想为基点，合

理利用作品中勾勒出的意象从三个方面具体分析人文主义与封建主义的冲突。

本文将从《仲夏夜之梦》的主题思想作为切入口，运用比较分析法从人们的婚姻爱情观，情与礼，个性解放三个角度阐述《仲夏夜之梦》中人文主义和封建主义冲突的具体体现。

目前国内对《仲夏夜之梦》中人文主义和封建主义冲突的大多是

从婚姻爱情观来探讨，从雅典公爵提修斯内心世界的双重意识——人文主义意识

和封建主义意识来研究，而没有人从情与礼和个性解放这两个方面合理使用意象

去解读主题思想，去全面分析其冲突。

AMidsummerNight’sDream,whichisconductedbytheconflictsbetweenhumanismandfeudalismunderthebackgroundofrenaissance,isthemasterpieceofShakespeare’scomedies.Renaissanceistheperiodoftimecenteredonhumanismwhichappealstothedevelopmentofcapitalism.WilliamShakespeare,oneofthemostprominentdramawriters,trieshisbesttoshowtheconflictsbetweenhumanismandfeudalisminhisfamousplayAMidsummerNight’sDream.AsCharlesG.Nauertpointedout,humanismreferstothepursuitoffreelove,theaffirmationofhumanvalue,theseekingofindividualityliberation,theultimateconsciousnessofpayingcloseattentiontohumanfateandtheideologyofconscientiouslyfulfillingone’sduty.Thecoreofhumanismispeople-oriented.However,MarcBlochdescribedthatfeudalismisapoliticalsystemofpowerdispersedandbalancedbetweenkingandnobles.ItreferstoageneralsetofreciprocallegalandmilitaryobligationsamongthewarriornobilityofEuropeduringtheMiddleAges,revolvingaroundthethreekeyconceptsoflords,vassals,andfiefs.Thebasiccontentoffeudalismishierarchicalview,privilegethought,andpatriarchaldespotism.

Thisstoryhappensinthemidsummernight.HermiarefusestocomplywithherfatherEgeus’swishtomarryhischosenmanDemetrius.Then,EgeusasksTheseus,whoisanancientAthenianlawyer,topunishhisdaughter.Inthesituation,HermiachoosestoescapewithherloverLysanderandinformsherbestfriendHelenaoftheplan.However,owingtoberejectedbyDemetriusandHelenahasdecidedtowinbackhisfavorbyrevealingtheplantoDemetrius.Whenthelovers――HermiaandLysanderfleetotheforestbecauseofaridiculousheavylaw,HelenaandDemetriusfollowtheirsteps.Buttheloversareconfusedwiththeinterventionofelvesintheforest.Thereareculturesso-calledmidsummermadnessandmoonstruckinthewestmeaningthatordercouldberestoredonthedawn.Finally,allshallbewell,JackshallhaveJill.
