Numericalcontroltechnologyisthetechnologycontrolledtomechanicalmovementandworkingcoursewithdigitalinformation,integratedproductsofelectromechanicsthatthenumericalcontrolequipmentisthenewtechnologyrepresentedbynumericalcontroltechnologyformstothemanufactureindustryofthetraditionandinfiltrationofthenewdevelopingmanufacturingindustry,namelytheso-calleddigitizationisequipped,itstechnologicalrangecoversalotoffields:

Inmachiningaccuracy,thepast10years,ordinaryprogressionaccuseofmachiningaccuracyoflathebring5μmuptofrom10μmalready,accurategradesofmachiningcenterfrom3~5μm,riseto1~1.5μm,andultraprecisionmachiningaccuracyisitenternanometergradetobeginalready(0.01μm).
Independability,MTBFvalueoftheforeignnumericalcontroldevicehasalreadyreachedabove6000h,MTBFvalueoftheservosystemreachesabove30000h,demonstrateveryhighdependability.
