Everyonehopestolivehappilyintheworld.Physicalexerciseisveryimportanttoahappylife.Thereisafamoussaying:

   Exercisewillfillyourlifewithvariouscontentsandmakeitmorecolorful.

Friendshipisakindofhumanrelations.Itisahumaninstincttomakefriends.Whenintrouble,weneedfriendstoofferushelp,supportandencouragement.Withsuccessachieved,wealsoneedfriendstoshareourjoys.Friendshipisoneofthegreatestpleasuresthatwecanenjoy.Itimpliesloyalty,cordiality,sympathy,affection,andreadinesstohelp.Inshort,whenwehaveestablishedfriendship,weoughttocherishandtreasureit.Onlythus,canwedeveloprealfriendshipandkeepthesacredlampoffriendshipburningallourlife.

First,Ialwaysmakeastudyplaninthebeginningofanewsemester.Second,previeweveryunitbefore
