潜山县旅游产业集群化发展研究

【中文摘要】产业集群已经成为近年来一个世界性的经济现象,作为提高竞争力以及推动经济发展的重要途径,产业集群受到了许多国家和地区越来越多的重视,他们希望通过制定合理的产业集群政策来培育具有竞争优势的产业集群,从而实现资源的有效整合,加速区域经济的发展。

因此,集群理论也得到了众多学科的青睐,不过集群理论多用于制造业当中,第三产业中运用的相对较少。

近年来,国内外的旅游业都发展迅速,产业链也在不断深化,国内外旅游研究学者看到了旅游产业这种先天集聚化的产业属性,在此基础之上,开始逐渐尝试将产业集群的理论运用到旅游业的研究当中去,虽然这些理论研究都还处在初级阶段,但是与旅游产业集群发展相关联的一些概念已经先后被提了出来,丰富了旅游产业的研究理论。

潜山位于安徽省西南部,旅游业起步早,但是发展缓慢,在旅游业存在激烈竞争的今天,潜山旅游业要想迅速崛起,就应当寻求发展旅游的新途径,本文以产业集群理论研究为指导,突破该理论对一般性产业研究的模式,对旅游产业集群的概念、类型等理论进行研究,不但丰富旅游产业的研究理论,而且还将运用它来指导潜山旅游产业的发展。

本文共分为五个部分：

第一章,绪论。

主要内容包括本篇论文的研究的背景基础、、意义、相关理论综述、论文的研究方法和思路以及论文的创新点。

第二章,旅游产业集群的一般理论基础。

对本文研究所需要的相关理论和实证研究的方法进行了系统的分析和介绍,明确了旅游产业集群的概念和层次、类型、形成条件、判定方法等。

为后文对潜山旅游产业集群发展状况的评价提供了理论的基础。

第三章,潜山旅游产业集群的评价。

运用钻石模型对潜山发展旅游产业集群的各方面的要素进行了分析,主要包括旅游资源、市场需求、发展机遇、基础设施、相关支撑产业、政府支持等几个方面,来判断潜山是否具备发展旅游产业集群的条件。

同时本文对潜山旅游产业集群的形成情况进行了实证分析,确定了潜山的旅游产业集群目前的发展阶段。

第四章,潜山旅游产业集群发展的制约因素。

在上一章分析的结论基础上,总结了潜山旅游产业集群发展中的一些制约因素,分别包括省内相似旅游景点的竞争、相关及支持要素发展落后、企业创新能力较弱以及相关的管理体制不完善等。

第五章,旅游产业集群发展的建议。

对潜山构建和发展旅游产业集群提供一点的发展建议,主要包括以下几个方面的内容：

加强旅游品牌的建设、完善旅游产业集群链条、增强政府主导作用、开发旅游人力资源、培育旅游产业集群文化等几个方面,以期能够对潜山旅游业的发展进行指导,实现潜山经济崛起和旅游业的快速发展。

第六章,结论。

对本文的主要结论进行了归纳,并列出了本文研究的不足之处。

【英文摘要】Industryclusterhasbecomeaworldwideeconomicphenomenoninrecentyears.Asanimportantwaytoimprovecompetitivenessandpromoteeconomicdevelopment,industrialclusterhasobtainedmoreandmoreattentioninmanycountriesandregions.Theyhopetofostercompetitiveindustrialclustersbydevelopingareasonablepolicyofindustrialclusterssothattheycanachieveeffectiveintegrationofresources,competitionandcooperationamongenterprisesandaccelerateregionaleconomicdevelopment.Therefore,theclustertheoryhasalsobeenfavoredbymanydisciplines,butmuchofthemareusedforthemanufacturingindustry.Theuseofclustertheoryforthethirdindustryisrelativelysmall.Inrecentyears,thetourismindustryathomeandabroadisdevelopingrapidly.Theindustrialchainisdeepening.Domesticandinternationaltourismresearchscholarssawthegatheringpropertiesoftourismindustry.Onthisbasis,theybegantotrytoapplyindustrialclustertheoryinstudyingthetourismindustry.Althoughthesetheoreticalstudiesarestillintheinitialstage,someconceptsassociatedwiththedevelopmentofthetourismindustryclusterhavebeenputforwardandenrichedthetourismindustryoftheories.ThetourismindustryinQianshancountystartedearly,butitdevelopedslowly.ThetourismindustryinQianshancountymustseeknewwaystodevelopifithopestoriserapidlyinintensecompetitioninthetourismindustrytoday.Inthispaper,weuseindustrialclustertheoryasaguideandbreakthroughthepatternofindustrialresearchaboutthegeneralindustry.Thestudyaboutcorrelativetheoryofthetourismindustrycluster,notonlyenrichthebasictheoryoftourismindustrycluster,butalsoitcanbeusedtoguidethedevelopmentofthetourismindustry.Thispaperisdividedintofiveparts:

ChapterIisIntroduction.Themaincontentsincludethebackground,purpose,significanceofthisthesis.Thereviewofcorrelativetheory,researchmethodandideas,innovationsofthepaperareintroduced.InchapterII,weintroducethegeneraltheoryofthetourismindustrycluster.TheyprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheanalysisaboutthelaterdevelopmentofthetourismindustryinQianshancounty.InchapterIII,weevaluatetourismindustryclusterinQianshancounty.AllaspectsofelementsofthedevelopmentoftourismindustryclusterisanalyzedapplyingDiamondmodel.Theelementsincludetourismresources,marketdemand,developmentopportunities,infrastructure,relatedsupportindustries,governmentsupportandcompetition.Bytheanalyses,wejudgewhetherQianshancountyhaveapotentialtodeveloptourismindustrycluster.WhilewedeterminecurrentstageofdevelopmentoftourismindustryclusterinQianshancountybyanalyzingtheformationoftourismindustrialclustersinQianshancounty.InchapterIV,weconcludetheconstraintsofdevelopmentoftourismindustrycluster.Onthebasisofconclusioninthelastchapter,wegettheconstraintsincludingthecompetitionfromsimilarattractionsinprovince,thetouristbrandswerenegative,slowrelativeelementsandsupport,weakinnovationcapacity,incompleterelatedmanagementsystem,etc.InchapterV,weproposesuggestionsaboutthedevelopmentoftourismindustrycluster.Weofferafewproposalsabouttheconstructionsanddevelopmentoftourismindustrycluster.Theproposalsincludethefollowingaspects:
