Jebletgoofhiskacked,graspedTomandheldhimacrosshisbody,makingacross.Nowthecougar’senemylookedevenbigger,anditroseup,readytomoveaway,butunfortunatelyTomgotscaredandstruggledfreeofJeb.

“Tom,no”shoutedhisfather.

ButTombrokeandranandthat’sthelastthingyoudowithacougar.ThesecondTombrokefree;Jebthrewhimselfonthecougar,justasitjumpedfromtherock.Theyhiteachotherinmid-airandbothfell,thecougarwasonJebinaflash,fotgeitingaboutTomm,whichwaswhatJebwanted.
