GMC（GeneralMotionControlrepresentsthe"Technologywithpositioningandsynchronism"systemsolutionas

distributedsolution（MASTERDRIVESMCtargetsystemwithtechnologysoftware.TheGMCsoftwarepackagesprovideauser-friendlylinktoSIMATICS7andSIMATICHMI.Theinterfacetoyouruserprogramishandledmainlybywell-provencommunicationconcepts,theintentionbeingtoreduceinterfacingoverheadasmuchaspossible.STEP7istheconfiguringandprogrammingtoolforSIMATICS7programmablecontrollers.PROTOOLisusedtoconfigureSIMATICoperatorpanels.
