Abstract：

Inrecentyears,withthecontinuouseconomicdevelopmentandprogressofscienceandtechnology,networktechnologyincreasinglydevelopedandwidelyappliedtovariousaspectsoflife.Andinmanyenterprises,networktechnologycanbesaidalsobeenconsiderabledevelopment,andiswidelyappliedtothecompany'smanagementtogo.Inthispaper,theroleoftechnologyinbusinessmanagementnetworkplaytostart,analyzesthenetworktechnologyintheenterprisemanagementapplicationanddevelopment.

Today'ssocietycanbesaidtobeasocialnetwork,butalsoasocialmessage.Moderncompanieswanttoseekdevelopment,ithadtorelyonthenetwork,dependingonthetransmissionandexchangeofinformationbetweenlargenetworks.Therefore,inthemanagementofenterprises,thefulluseofnetworktechnology,increasemutualexchangesbetweenenterprisesandtheinformationtransfer,andusesomeofthenetworkmanagementtoolstoachieveenterprisemanagementmodernization,efficient,simple,andscientificthekeyistoadapttothemarketeconomyenterprisestoimprovetheirmarketcompetitiveness,reducemanagementcostsincreaseeconomicefficiency,strengtheninginternalmanagementtoachieveanimportantway.So,forenterprises,thefullapplicationofnetworktechnology,informationsharingwithintheenterpriseandbetweenenterprises,complementeachother,istheonlywaycompaniesimplementsustainableandhealthydevelopment.

1Theroleofanetworktechnologyintheenterprisemanagement

Anintegratedcomputernetworktechnologyandcommunicationtechnologyandthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology,informationtechnology.WiththepopularityoftheInternet,hasbeenwidelyappliedtobusinessmanagement.Itisanimportantroletoplayinbusinessmanagementintheperformanceofthefollowingmainaspects.

1.1simplifyenterprisemanagementprocedurestofacilitatemanagementandcoordinationofvariousdepartments

Informationwithintheenterpriseoftennumerous,especiallyforsomelargeenterprises,iftheuseofhumanmeansofstatisticalandmanagementinformation,thenitwillresultinawasteofresourceswithintheenterprise,noreasytomanage.Theuseofnetworktechnologytotheenterprisedatamanagement,itispossibletorealizeasimpleandfastdatamanagement,andalsotomanageenterprisedatabringsalotofconvenience.Forexample,themanagementofinternalpersonneldata,especiallythosepersonnelfiles,storeddirectlytoyourcomputerifyougo,yougetnotonlywhenconvenient,andcanalsoautomaticallyupdatemanpowerdata.Therearesomecustomerinformation,etc.,theapplicationofnetworktechnologymanagement,willfacilitateeffectiveappear,greatlyenhancethemanagementefficiencyandachieveoptimalallocationofresources.

2.2usingnetworktechnology,reducemanagementcosts

Managementcostshavealwaysbeenabigpartofbusinesscosts,butalsoapartofthebusinessconcern.Theuseofnetworktechnologytomanage,toacertainextent,canreducethecostofmanagement,toachievethemodernenterprisemanagement.So,formodernenterprises,theapplicationofnetworkmanagementtechnology,networkmanagementistheenterprisetoimproveitseconomicefficiency,aneffectivewaytoreducemanagementcosts.Forexample,businessmanagementthatcanbeappliedtoIPtelephonynetworkmanagementtechnology,internaltransmissionofvoice,inordertosavecommunicationcosts;Duringthemeeting,youcanalsousevideoconferencingtechnologytoachievefacetofacebetweentheinternalmanagementpersonnelcommunication,andmaybeusedforavarietyoftrainingtechniquessuchnetworksthroughremoteassistanceandremotetrainingtoachievethepurposeoftrainingsessions,andreducetravelcostsbecausethetrainingorconferencegeneratedbysavingcosts.

Concernedabouttheinformationintheenterprisemanagementanddynamicmarketofthemarket,isthekeytowininthemarketcompetition.Becauseinmodernsocietyisthesocialinformation,andthespeedofaccesstocorporateinformationandhowmuchwillbedirectlyrelatedtothebusinessoperationsandmanagement.Thein-houseusinganetworktechnologyforsearchingtheinformationthroughtheInternetcangreatlyimprovethebreadthanddepthofinformationsearch,cananalyzethedemandandsupplyofmaterialsandthelatestmarketinformationthroughtherapidintegrationofdynamicinformationclearly,givingcorporatemanagementthedecisiontoprovideareliablebasis.

2.4useofnetworktechnology,enterprisemanagementmodernization

Competitioninthemarketwhohaveadvancedmanagementconcepts,whohasexcellentspeedaccesstoinformationandanalysisspeed,whocanmakeascientificdecisionquickly,thenwhowillbeinvincibleinthecompetitioninthemarket.Forenterprises,toachievethesegoalsareinseparablefromtheapplicationofnetworktechnology.So,formodernenterprises,effectiveapplicationofnetworktechnologyinallaspectsofbusinessmanagementtoachieveintegration,networkmanagementservicestoenterprisesonlinemanagement,schedulingandcontrolproductsandachieveinteractivebusinessactivities,istheenterprisemodernizepromoteitstheonlywaytoenhancemarketcompetitiveness.

3Conclusion

Inshort,bothintermsofthemeaningofthenetworkitself,orfromtheneedsoftoday'senterprisedevelopment,thenetworktechnologyhasbecomeanessentialbusinessmanagementaneffectivemeans,butalsobusinessopportunitiestowinintoday'sfiercelycompetitivemarketthekeytovictory.Soasabusinessenterprise,andshouldmakefulluseofnetworktechnologytotheenterprisemanagementtobringconvenienceandeconomicbenefits,establishacompletenetworktechnologyandscientificmanagementsystemin-house,sothatshineintheenterprisenetworkmanagementtechnology,inordertoenterprisemanagementandthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandeffective.
