Withinthemicrosystem,thereshouldbeasetofalarmingequipmentforemergenciestoensureofthesafetyandremindoperatorsoftakingin-timemeasures.However,sofarassomeimportantparameterorsystematicpartsareconcerned,theseequipmentsareinshortageorignorance.Giventhecase,thefollowingmethodsshouldbetakenintoconsideration:
datacollectedbythecomputer,aftertreatment,digitalfilteringwaveandmarkconversionbythecomputer,canbecomparedwiththegivenvalueoftheparameteratitsupperandlowerlimits.Iftheyarehigherthantheupperlimitvalue(orlowerthanthelowerlimitvalue),analarmshouldbecarriedout,otherwise,itwouldbethenormalsamplevaluefordisplayandcontrol.
Inthecontrolsystem,theexaminedparameter,aftersamplingbymeansofA/D,isfedintomicro-computer.Followedbythetreatmentofdata,itwillnotonlybesentfordisplaybutalsoacceptalarmingtreatment,sothatworkingstaffareabletotakecorrespondingmeasuresintime.Atthesametime,thecomparisonbetweentheexaminedparameterandthegivenvaluewillcontributetotheautomaticadjustmentaccordingtothedeviationofthem.
Atpresent,automaticcontroltechnologyhasbecomeanindispensabletechnicalmeasureinthecourseofindustrialproduction.Withtheadvancementofscienceandtechnology,andtheexpansionofproductivescale,itwillbeinvolvedinproductionmorewidelyandplayamoreandmoreimportantrole,developingasasymbolinsuchbroadfieldsofautomaticcontroltechnologyasinenergy,militaryaffairs,production,etc.
Theautomationofproductionprocessisonewithoutdirecthumaninvolvement.Bymeansofcontrollingequipment(thatis,thesocalledautomaticdevices),theproducingcoursewillgoonaccordingtopresetoperationlaws.However,thissetofcontrollingprocessneedmonitoringinstrumentsandtransmitterstopracticemeasuringandsignalconversiontotheparametersinthecourse.Inadditiontodisplayingdevicesappliedtoindicateandrecordtheparameter,adjustersandcalculatorsarealsoneededforitsmathematiccalculation,implementersandcoordinatorsfortheimplementationofordersinthesystem,sothattheoperationcanbeperformedintheprocessoftheproductionaccordingtotherequirements.
Thedesigninquestionaimsatcarryingoutmonitoringtothisautomaticproductionprocess.Throughthesetofparts,audioandopticalalarmswilltakeplacewhentheparametergoesbeyondthelimitsortroublesoccurinthecourseofautomaticproduction,alongwiththedisplayoftroublesite.Furthermore,withthehelpoftheaudioandopticalparts,theautomaticstateinthecourseoftheproductioncanevenbetransformedintomanualstate,soastohelptheoperatorsidentifythetroublesitesandcausesintime,reducethetimeinfailureandmaketheproductionquicklyrestoretothenormalprocess.
TFdevicescouldbeclassifiedintoninetypesaccordingtovariousparts.Namelytheyareconvertiontypes(TFZ)、energysourcetypes(TFY)、supplementtypes(TFF)、computationtypes(TFS)、controltypes(TFK)、givenvaluetypes(TFG)、displaytypes(TFX)、operationtypes(TFC)、adjustmenttypes(TFT),amongwhich,thedisplaytypesandtheoperationtypesarecommonlycalled“devices”whiletheothersnamed“parts”.WhatthisdesignfocusesistheTFKparts,mainlyincludingalarm,highvalueselection,lowvalueselection,rangebetweentheupperandlowerlimits,speedlimit,follow-upcomparison,manual-automaticswitching,audioandopticalcontrolandmonitoring,etc.
Bytheadoptionofinputandoutputparts,TFdevicesfulfilltheconnectionwiththedeliveredsignalsonsite,thustheaccomplishmentofacceptingorsendingoutthestandardcurrentsignalsat0~10mAor4~20mA.Varioussubstandardsignals(suchasfrequency,impulse,amountforturn-onand–off,etc.)havetobeintroducedintothesystemforutilizationbymeansofrelevantdevices,whilethecontactsignalswithinthemachineadoptd.c.voltagesignalsat0~10V.TheTFdevicesuppliespowerintwoways:
oneistheconcentratedpowersupplywithmachineboxesandtheotheristheconcentratedpowersupplythroughoperationmachines.Theformercollectstheregulatedelectricalsourcesatvarioussizeonthehighestlayerofthemachineboxandthepowersupplyisdeliveredtodifferentboxeswiththehelpofcommonwires,ortotherelevantdevicesandoperatorsonsiteorattheoperatingtablethroughexternalterminals.Theconcentratedpowersupply2attheoperationtablecanmeetthedemandofthetabledevice.Thedcsteadypowersourceisofacoupleoftypes,suchas+24V、+15V、-15V、+5V,etc.amongwhich,thedesignedmonitoringsystempartsadopt+15V、+5Vand-15V.Astotheaccuracyofthefunctionalparts,mostareat±0.5%exceptthoseforun-isolatedtransmissionunits,whichareat±0.2%.
SofarasTFKdeviceisconcerned,thepartsformonitoringsystemmainlyincludeTFK-091foraudioandopticalcontrolandTFK-092formonitoringinput.Theyareusedinconcert,whenTFK-092partssendoutthelogiclevelsignalsforaudioandopticalalarm,theyareacceptedrightbyTFK-091andeachaudio&opticalcontrolpartisabletoreceivesixlogiclevelsignalssentoutbythemonitoringinputparts,i.e.oneaudio&opticalcontrolpartcanworkintunewithsixmonitoringinputparts.Ifthemonitoringinputpartsarelessthansix,theextrapartsoftheaudio&opticalcontrolpartswillfloat.TFK-091audio&opticalcontrolpartsprovideTFK-092monitoringinputpartswithhighfrequencypowersourceandsignalswithoutvibration.
TFK-091audio&opticalcontrolpartsfocusmoreonreceivingthelogiclevelsignalsofsoundandlight,keyoutputsincludingswitchersignalsatthetouchingpointofthepowerconnectertocontroltheboxlight,thosetocontrolsoundalarm,highfrequencypowersourcesignalsandthehighfrequencysignalswithoutoscillation.
TherearefivesignalsfocusedbyTFK-092monitoringinputparts,namely,powerlossorovervalueof+15Vinthepartsbox,powerlossorovervalueof-15Vinthepartsbox,disconnectionoftheinterlocklineinput,closureoftheinputtouchingpoints,andclosureofisolationinputtouchingpoints.Themainoutputsarelogiclevelsignalsofaudio&opticalalarmandaudio&opticalalarmitself.
Thisdesigntargetsatthemonitoringsystem,whosefunctionsarecomposedofthefollowing:
(1)toidentifyintimetheparameterbeyondthelimitsorothertroublesinthecourseofproductionandtheautomaticdevices,suchaspowercutoffandthestopofsafetyinterlockintechnique,and,atthesametime,sendoutaudio&opticalalarmsignalstoindicatethenatureandsiteofthetrouble;
(2)tocancelthe“automatic”orderoftheoperator,afterthetroubleoccurs,soastoadjustthesystemfromautomatictomanualstate,andkeepthevalveintheoriginalposition,ororientittothepresetposition;
(3)toprohibitanynew“automatic”operationordersenttotheadjustmentsystembeforethetroublereleased;
(4)themonitoringsystemhastoensureofitsownsoundness,withself-diagnosingmeasuressuchasindependentpowersourcesand“triallight”,sothataudio&opticalalarmsignalscanbesentoutintimeoncethemonitoringsystemitselfintrouble,andprotectfrommistakesintheswitchingoperation.
Inthedesignsomelogiccircuitsareused.Caremustbetakenwhenconnectinglogiccircuitstoensurethattheirlogiclevelsandcurrentratingsarecompatible.Forinputandoutputinterface,perhapsthemainproblemfacingthedesigneristhatofelectricalnoise.Smallnoisesignalsmaycausethesystemtomalfunction,whilelargeramountsofnoisecanpermanentlydamageit.Thedesignermustbeawareofthesedangersfromtheoutset.Therearemanymethodstoprotectinterfacecircuitsandmicrocomputerfromvariouskindsofnoise.Followingaresomeexamples:
(1)Inputandoutputelectricalisolationbetweenthemicrocomputersystemandexternaldevicesusinganopto-isolatororatransformer.
(2)Removinghighfrequencynoisepulsesbyalow-passfilterandSchmitt-trigger.
(3)Protectingagainstexcessiveinputvoltagesusingapairofdiodestopowersupplyreversiblybiasedinnormaldirection.
Inthecontrolsystemofmicrocomputers,theroutineworkingstatecanberevealedbyindicatorlightsordigitaltubedisplayerssoastoofferinformationtooperatorsforreference.However,astosomeemergencies,specialmethodsareneededtogetoperators’attentionorremindthemtotakeinstantmeasures.
Withinthecontrolsystem,sound,lightandlanguagesareoftenadoptedforthepurposeofalarm,amongwhich,thelighteffectderivesfromlightdiodeorflashinglight,whilesoundresultsfromsimpleelectricalbellsorflutes,orbuzzerswithadjustablefrequencies.Ifintegratedelectronicmusicchipsareused,pleasantmusicwillbeheardwhenunusualsituationoccursinthesystem,inadditiontosuddenlyflashedalarminglights,togettheattentionfromthestaffonsiteinaharmoniousenvironmentandmakethemtakeinstantmeasurestoensurethatthesystembeabletoproducesafely.Inthepastyears,withtheapplicationoftheindustrialcontrollerattheSIDgenerallineandtheindustrialPCmachine,alarmsystemswiththemixofsoundandfiguresaregreatlyadopted.Giventhemoreandmorevividandrealgraphsandexactsiteidentification,theyhavebecomeincreasinglypopular.
